BBQ 港式烧腊 Chinese Restaurant

Went here for lunch, and I wasn't disappointed! When I walked in and saw whole roasted ducks on display, I knew I was in the right spot. I got the #9 and almost ate my fingers...😂 I highly recommend this restaurant !

I’m sitting here reading all of these bad reviews, mentioning that the restaurant still has remnants of the old restaurant. I’m so sick and tired of Southeast Texas reviews, on these local businesses,that have nothing to do with what they do. I as a local business owner, completely sympathize about the cost of opening a business and its initial cost. If you can’t afford to change the wallpaper, you don’t deserve one star. The food here is great. The people are always friendly, they serve duck it is the best Chinese food in this area by far. Leave a review based on what the business does this one serves Chinese food and the Chinese food is delicious. That is all.

I absolutely love this place. The food is great and the two cashieers are incredibly friendly. Probably the best Chinese food in the area. The ducks do have quite a bit of bones in it but the orange chicken that was recommended to me was phenomenal. The portions are also worth the price. Highly recommend!

Finally a Chinese BBQ in our area! Duck & Pork combo was delicious. The steamed dumplings were amazing & fresh! Must try place, you won’t regret it!

This is the most authentic Chinese food I have had here. The roast duck tastes very good and my family also likes it.

Had the chicken lo mein,pork egg roll,fried fish,shrimp fried rice and wow everything was fresh,hot and delicious 😋

EASILY the best general tsos chicken and fried rice in mid county. 10/10

Not the greatest Chinese food in the world, but in this area it is very good.

Ordered takeout, food was hot and ready when I picked up. We tried Szechuan chicken, asked for it extra spicy, it was tasty but there wasn’t a lot of heat. We also tried the general tso and orange chicken, the taste was almost identical. The crispy duck was not our favorite, it had a pretty strong flavor, it was also our first time trying duck. The veggie lo mein was good. Prices were fair. Overall we would return, to try more menu items.

went to this place the food is good but the rice smoke taste is not something that i want on my chinese food and you don't have an option to get an egg fried rice or shrimp fried rice!! so i'll think to go back again unless there is no option!!

Crispy wings - 4/10 bland but edible
Fried rice - 5/10 rice had an artificial liquid smoke flavor to it
General Tso - 5/10 nothing special
Egg roll - 4/10 store left it on the rice so it got soggy and covered with rice
White rice - 7/10 surprisingly sticky as if they used a new crop

I probably wouldn’t go back for these items. Lunch pricing was the best part about the General Tso dish

Overpriced for what I received. For $19 on a half duck then I expect to get half a duck, not a third. I know this lady looks at me in my work clothes and thinks this guy doesn't know anything about Chinese food, wrong! I grew up around Toronto Chinatown and have eaten Dim Sum throughout North America. I wasn't expecting much in Port Arthur and to their credit the BBQ pork was good, but you ripped me off on the duck. You want good duck you need to go to Humble or Richardson where they spend the time to crisp the skin. I don't like to usually give a negative review since I only tried their food once, but you gave me 70% bones and kept the meat for yourself. Lost yourself a potential long term customer.

Tenía altas expectativas para este lugar pero fue un rotundo fracaso.Que desilusión.La comida no es gran cosa unos cuantos vegetales hervidos con panceta de cerdo(muy poca, pato(solo era huesos y cartílagos) más un arroz blanco sin sal.Ademas pedí un ice tea lo cual pagué 20.55 por todo.No creo que vuelva a ir a este lugar.

Nice feeling place. It still has remnants of the old restaurant. The food reminds of me of a motel.

I was hopeful. I was let down. The Orange and Gen TSO is so chewy and stale it is inedible. I believe it was left out and reheated. House Lo Mein has zero flavor. Egg Drop also lacks flavor and is very thin.

I suggest to not come in when they first open and wait till they are all situated for the day. We came as the first customers and we was told to give them 5 more minutes for the roasted pork. Was there a total of 45 minutes waiting and watching people who came in after us receive their order before us so I took the initiative to ask how much longer for our order. They continuously tells us that we had a big order. When we finally received our order the guy who was chopping the pork aggressively came at us and said “y’all have big order, if y’all want good food you have to wait” I left without saying another word back to avoid altercation. But the guy who was chopping honestly chopped everybody else’s orders before ours regardless that we placed our order first and still had the nerve to yell at us for check in our order after waiting for 45 minutes. I’m happy that our local area is finally having a spot for roasted pork and bbq that isn't here but with this customer service I’ll rather make the drive to houston to get roasted pork then stand against them again. Pork was too thinly sliced but overall decent but not excellent. Customer service was poor. I left upset due to this so no, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Food was good, I just wouldn’t feel right eating at a restaurant that doesn’t follow proper Labor Laws. Overheard an argument between Employees, I believe one was a manager, and the other a busboy or a waiter/waitress. Argument was about their Tips, about how they weren’t receiving tips, & not receiving card tips either. Overall, it just wouldn’t feel right. Some good food.
