I just wanted to say how much I appreciate crew member Susan for always going above and beyond to make the experience 100! Ever since our dear Katina passed, I haven’t come across anyone who quite cared as much until I recently met Susan. I will be honest I guess I visit too often, but she seriously is an asset and keeps me coming back. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. Everyone else seems just on autopilot mode, not great connecting with guests. Rachel is very good at greeting me and I appreciate that too. But Susan is definitely an All Star!! So impressed.

This has been the most consistent and high quality burger place in the entire city. Literally have not had a bad experience or burger here since it was built.

Excelent place, very clean and comfortable, the Hispanic lady cashier is very sweet and she knows how to do her job. Beside all the goods thing I have to ask where is the decaffeinated coffee, There's people around can't drink caffeine.

The workers are always friendly and their cranberry apple grilled chicken salad is to die for❤ They just need to offer more than 1 salad dressing 😊 Definitely recommend

First time here at this location! Great customer service & food was great ! Will be coming back when i’m in town.

They r on top of thIngs at this location! Someone maning every post! We had 3 seperate employess come to us asking if the food was alright!

Always great food. On this visit they did prepare half of our order incorrectly. However I spoke with the manager via phone who was very pleasant and said she would fix it with our next visit.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The establishment was very clean and kept as well. The food was hot and fresh. Perfect!

Daughter truck broke down in drive thru lane and one of the employees graciously pushed her truck all by himself into a perking spot. I am so grateful that a MAN of his caliber was working at this place to assist my girl. Thankyou is not enough, but all I can offer, THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. We did eat here also and service and food is also just as great, thanks for making a rough day a little bit better with your kindness and great food.

They were real slow not taking credit cards had to wait over 30 minutes. My husband almost left without our food because we were in a time crunch.

At first I was a little irritated at 2am to order a sand which. And how the young lady spoke to me at the Oder station. But then when I pulled up. I saw how hard they were working because obviously they’re short handed. If that manager has kids I hope they know how hard their Momma is working. Wish I could bless them.

Clean, friendly, pleasant, but I will say this easily they had the absolute best Buffalo chicken strip sandwich. I mean best from anywhere. This place was just another level. Just absolutely just amazing!!!

Got a meal and dessert, a mint shake. It was a bit pricey for fast food but, the shake was really good, was worth it. I don't believe that we will ever eat there again, to costly. We will return for thr mint shake. We went through drive thru

The wait in drive through was way way too long. No one should have to wait 20 minutes in a drive through.

Food was as expected.
Dining room could use clean-up attention more often.
Updated 12-14-23, Hamburger & Fries were delicious. Dining Room was spotless due to a full time monitor.
