Actually had the time to stop in this morning and I'm so happy I did! Forgive the spelling of it's incorrect - Mara, one of the owners, and Tricia, owner of the neighbouring Haven & Home Décor, must have been sampling their own as they were wide eyed and bushy tailed. What a fun couple of gals! Mara explained the background of the name; great story, ask! The layout and design of the café is spot on 👍

No longer do I have to drive up to Anoka to get my honey lavender latte and I'm looking forward to trying the "Mi Amor"!

I truly hope Elephant Joe's the best!
