my friend got the powerhouse salad; I got the Wreck, the seasonal cinnamon churro shake, and an oreo shake. everything was AMAZING!! friend said the salad was soooooo much better than he had expected, another friend tried the oreo shake for the first time and said that it was one of the best shakes he's ever had, and my wreck and cinnamon churro shake were divine. servers were also super nice, friendly, and helpful.

John and Nancy made my experience! Everything was exceptional from food to service to cleanliness of the facility. Love this location!

Went in for a milkshake and their freezer was broken so they offered us a free cookie. A very nice gesture.

Me and a friend brought 2 cans of beans all around Chicago taking pictures with everyone we could find. Went in for dinner and they were all happy to take picture with our beans, that's a 10/10 experience.

Busy place to get tasty bite to eat. Lots of room at this place, though parking might get difficult during lunch hour.

The sammies are great and there's loads of types to get, and by golly the pot pie soup is to die for. That paired with the generous supply of soft drinks and tasty chips makes affordable lunchtime feel a step above the usual fast food.

The strapping young man who made my chocolate chocolate Oreo milkshake tonight did a phenomenal. He should get a raise. He was also incredibly kind and professional. I didn’t catch a name But he was very patient with the lady who was taking a long time and did I mention how amazing my milkshake is? It’s like a tasting heaven with every sip!

Friendly staff and due to the mandate at the moment they enforce everyone to wear masks while not eating. Added the extra crispy bacon for me and the broccoli cheddar soup is always good with their cream soda! Good quick bite easy to find. Sometimes hard to park there.

Stopped by this location tonight and was saddened by the fact that they removed the Mediterranean Salad from the menu. Luckily the friendly gentleman behind the counter was able to create somewhat of the salad with the ingredients they still had. Super impressed with the awesome customer service I received and will gladly go back!

This sandwich store is the best in town. Originally, Potbelly sandwich been around for so many, many years before Subway sandwich started. Potbelly is the original, This is the real, delicious, tasty in the oven healthy sandwich. Potbelly is the best 👍👌

The day i went there, they were preparing for almost over 100 lunch bags order for some school. I thought it would take forever, but no. It take same amount of time it normally take at any potbelly. On the top staffs was nice.

I get the same sandwich pretty much everytime I go to a Potbelly, but I often add a seasonal cookie or shake. Quick service and good value

Please fix the glitch in your app.I got a message that my order did not go through. I reordered and got 2 confirmations. The location I ordered from fixed my issue.

Delicious sandwiches and the staff and restaurant were very attentive to new health and safety guidelines
