Not to happy with inside dining. Take out is much better...it's crazy tho bc only when the employees feel like it they'll make the shakes but for the most part they ALWAYS say "SORRY OUR MACHINE IS DOWN RIGHT NOW" FOR a fast food place open all night the shake machine is alwwaaayyyys down.... 😡

Man I love JITB food! I've been eating JITB for 50 years, maybe longer! The new menu options are really good. I just can't eat there too often or I know I'll gain weight! Seriously good food.

Stopped in for a quick Ultimate breakfast sandwich. Quick service, great food at a competitive price!👍🥳 Good job Jack!

I honestly believe the staff put in great efforts for their customers here for the night shift. The food was decent, but my fries however seemed not warm but that's ok everything else was great.

The service at this chain is rather sketchy and often feels ghetto. Yet today, this location was rather friendly when I picked up an online order in the late afternoon. The male server was responsive and friendly. One of my favorites items on the menu is the chicken fajita pita wrap, which is relatively healthy compared to burgers. I’m more than happy to bestow more stars, at least for today!

Jack in the box is good. Can't disappoint. Pretty consistent as well. Wish they could bring back cheese and bacon wedges. Those were my favorite.

Friendly service first time coming to this Jack in the box . I was assisted by Matthew today. Service was quick and the food was great!

Restaurant was very clean with an open feel to it. Floor layout was different than other locations, but it was well suited. Cashier and staff were very helpful and my food came out right the first time (a big thumbs up for that). This location also had a Freestyle drink dispenser, A++! Clean bathrooms to boot.

The cashier was so nice it was late and i couldn't find my card so i pulled forward to look 4 my card. He said ill be right here just come around drive through again.
So i did he opens the window says you found it.

Sales rep Sonia was an excellent cashier, she politely provided me with the excellence that I demanded when ordering my meal. Because of her quality customer service I will come back and tell my friends about this exquisite place.....Keep up the good job!!

They are the best they treat people with love and respect like you should be treated when you walk into a fast food restaurant employees well-trained and mannered that's a big Plus on there Jack in the box keep it up Jack in the box clue on Grand and diamond Bar boulevard

I love the egg sausage sandwich, hot and crunchy hashbrowns. Everytime I go there their hashbrowns are freshly hot and crunchy never saggy. Just the way I like it. Thank you.
Btw hope you can add on your door dash menu that you can order hashbrowns on its on not just on a meal.

I rarely eat at Jack in the Box, was thoroughly please with the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Well-assembled, tasty. I'll go back.

This jack in the box is really nice they have a big dinner room that place is really clean employees are friendly and that food is fresh and good.
