The first thing you notice when you walk in is the atmosphere and the friendly smiles and welcomes you receive from the staff.Every time I visit this El Pollo Loco, I am impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the sides are delicious, especially the creamy mashed potatoes. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

The staff at El Pollo Loco is always friendly and efficient, they provided excellent customer service. Whether you dine in or take your food to go, you can expect a consistently great experience. I highly recommend this specific El Pollo Loco to anyone. It's definitely one of my favorite go-to places. Great job too everyone :)

Super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The chicken was crispy and juicy. Salsas are definitely worth a try! Food was served straight to our table within 5-10 minutes after ordering. The staff was so helpful in picking out deals and coupons. I highly recommend this place. The prices are low, and just a great establishment overall.

Can’t really describe it but I like this location. Well kept and clean. Good service. Ac is nice and cool and food is great. Tried another EPL and their chicken bowl had bones in there and ruined my appetite for EPL for a month. Did have a tiny bone in the chicken bowl so zonked a star for food but wasn’t aa offensive as the one I tried at the other location Also the only business that has managed to remain for more than 15 years. Glad it’s still here.

I went for lunch I order 3pcs meal…love their food the chicken was really juicy… also the customer service was really nice and helpful… there new manager was very friendly and polite I would highly recommend this pollo loco store

You would expect the typical from a fast food chain. However, this El Pollo Loco has a nicest service I have had from fast food chains as well as the majority of restaurants. This is not just once but every single time I come here they have a small on their face and are doing their best to get the best service.

Best of the best. Chicken is the juiciest in the evening, so I recommend you visit during that time to get the best chicken. Chicken nachos with the breast instead of the shredded are top tier. Best El Pollo Loco in SoCal. Staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean.

Today was extra nice. I felt like a guest at a friend's house. The staff welcomed my son and I as soon as we came in. A manager was standing at the Christmas tree with a customer talking Bout the ornaments. Sometime during our meal, one of the staff offered us some essential meal goodies.

This place is incredibly diverse. Food is fresh and clean. The tables are always wiped down and top tier. Bathrooms smell fantastic. Definitely recommend to all types of people whether you have kids, elderly, large family groups or just by yourself.

Love this place. Best El Pollo Loco I've ever been to. I don't live very close to this place, but it is always worth the drive. Always friendly. Always clean. These people seem to take pride in their food. Always organized. I love going in the afternoon because the afternoon cooks are top tier.

Dedicated hard working staff. Keven who should be in his early 20’s really went all the way to ensure that I’ve a selection of my choices. Being from NY he took time to know me and suggest food per my palate. Hard working, dedicated and sincere staff like him make business establishments successful. This location has top shelf employees. Everyone had a smile and was kind. The restaurant was immaculate with nice decor. A model all other locations should strive for.

The usual food choices. It's much nicer than most locations. Very friendly staff.

i don’t have nothing negative to say about this pollo loco whatever i order i always get everything i ordered and organized. When i go and grace works she makes me feel welcomed and makes sure my order is correct. It’s work the drive, 45 minutes away.

I love coming to this establishment. Everything is kept neat. I don't know what they do but the brc burritos here are SO DELICIOUS. Chicken is always juicy and I'm loving the new crunchy tacos. 💯💯💯

I went to pick a 10 piece chicken family meal and I was greeted by the best customer service ever by Isabel. She was extremely, very nice, and asked if I needed any add on like chips and salsa. I love that when I’m in a rush and can’t think of everything I’ll need to make dinner great for my family. Thank you Isabel I appreciate your service. I’ll be back soon.
