Tea Republik

One of my go-to places for flavorful and delightful tea! The vibe(yea its outside look and inside are like 2 different worlds!) is great for social catch-up with friends or just working on your own stuff on laptop alone. I always get French Pear in tea pot which gives a very creamy and smooth taste with some fruity sweetness. People there are also super kind and give helpful recommendations if you need some inspiration about what to order from the menu. I highly recommend this place.

I love tea republik-- it's one of the only coffee/tea shops open late! It really caters to students. This is an awesome place to get a pot of tea and study. Not to mention, the menu is vast from non caffeinated fruit teas to black teas so there's something for everybody! They have a daily tea menu that rotates specialty teas that have juices or syrups, almost like little cocktails. So delicious, good vibes, and an awesome place to hang out near campus.

Lovely tea shop with a nice, quiet atmosphere. The lavender earl gray is delicious! The server was so kind (even when I spilled tea 🥲). Excited to come back!

Tea Republik stays true to its name and has all the tea you'd ever want!

They also have a great selection of fruit teas and lemonades made with fresh juice. Not to mention, the dim/wooden vibe makes it a super great working/hangout spot. They're also open late.

If you get hot tea (hot matcha shown in picture), they put them in nice little jugs with cup for you to pour into so the tea stays warm.

The place is beautiful and super vibey! Friend and I shared a large size milk tea and had a nice chat. The milk tea was very pleasant as well - a bit too sweet for me but otherwise it was very good. Overall wonderful place.

Wonderful atmosphere. The tea was delicious and high quality. I love black teas and who I assume was the owner, kindly suggested a tea for me to try. I loved it, and the large teapot I had while studying lasted me 3 hours (I had about six cups). The atmosphere was calm, with background chatter. The music fit the environment perfectly. Overall, was a great place to study. This would also be a great place to catch up with someone or read a book. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no outlets to plug in devices so make sure they are charged beforehand! It's nice that they are open late so I can get my work done. I will definitely be coming here more often.

Tea Republik is the best tea house I've ever been to. Great atmosphere (quiet, dimmed lights) and the people working there are super nice. They have a TON of drink options and they're always great about making adjustments to their drinks. Highly recommend Tea Republik 👍🏽

Comfortable, inviting, minimalist decor with an endless selection of hot and cold teas at reasonable prices. Limited, but quality food times. Spinach and feta pretzel was quite delicious. Tea-rista (or whatever teamakers are called) was very knowledgeable about each of the zillion blends available. Shop is a relaxing breath of fresh air from the nuttiness just outside the front door. Go!

this place is the coziest spot on the ave. the owner is so kind and incredible at what he does, which is make delicious tea drinks. this time I ordered the lavender earl grey crème. the crème is non-dairy and I had it made with soy milk. it was such a treat! this is a must-stop when in the neighborhood.

Their "dine-in" experience with a teapot steeping loose leaf tea + ceramic cup is really nice. It's a great "tea cafe" with a ton of tea options, all of which are good.

There is also good light food available (scones etc.), though not full lunches/dinner.

I visited for the first time Sunday and had the Sweet Ginger Tea, and then the Moroccan Mint. Both were absolutely amazing. I will be back to try others!

This place deserves 6 stars. They have so many delicious and diverse teas. I asked if they had anything that resembled a horchata and the server recommended one tea (I forget the name but he said it was cinnamony) and he could add milk and honey to it. He even asked how sweet I liked it. And this drink is so perfect! The server was so kind and helpful I tipped him big and he said “oh thank you! That is so kind.” Their Early Grey Lavender Crème is one of the most amazing teas I’ve ever had. Please support this amazing business!!

This is a super cozy study spot on the ave. Lots of affordable tea options and students working hard. I tried a pear honey milk tea with soymilk and it was not too sweet and very fragrant :) Lots of delicious sounding tea blends to peruse!

This is my first time in Tea Republik and I'm really impressed with the service I received. Everyone is super kind and accommodating. Quality tea and quality service, 5 stars!

Came here for the first time today and did not expect it to be so cute!!! The teapots are a great vibe and the tea is super flavorful. Feels really cozy studying here :)

This is my favorite place to get loose leaf tea! They have an amazing variety, as well as great customer service when you come in to get a drink. The delivery service is also quick and easy to use! (pretty convenient during the lock-down)

One of my favorite places on the Ave. This shop offers very tasty blends and drinks, and I can always try something new on their expansive menu. I also really like that it's very low energy. The lighting and calm atmosphere makes the location perfect for studying or chatting with friends. It's rarely chaotic in there, which I'm always thankful for.

For recommendations on drinks, something on any of their first three pages will most likely catch your eye. I personally really like the Emperor's Tea (hot) or the Healing Tea (cold). They also always have very delicious specials on the chalkboard. The picture shows an ICED Bird of Paradise. My friend also got a large hot tea, I believe just a white blend.

Came for the bathroom, stayed for the toffee tea! The ambience is clean and cozy- I couldn't find a light switch in the bathroom, but the toilet flushed and the soap was nice, so I can't complain. The tea was delicious- there was a slight bitter tea aftertaste, but nothing bad. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely stop by again. Their other flavors were definitely intriguing.
