Dallas is an amazing salesperson he is extremely helpful and thorough and does a great job with some of us who are not as technologically savvy

Gotta give a shout out to Dallas at the Cricket store in Starke Fl. He was very patient, even going so far as to help three different customers at once. Helped with the selection of phone and made sure everything was ready to use out the door. Amazing customer service and I am very happy Iade this selection.

The Customer Service I received was one that Cricket as a corporation should be INCREDIBLY proud of! I Purchased a phone and from the get go there was no mobile data and no one could understand why. Greg the store manager worked repeatedly with customer service and we kept hitting a brick wall. Greg was Determined to get to the bottom and worked diligently..and on the FIFTH DAY of encountering the same issue I assumed it was unsolvable, your customer service told me to dispute the charge with the credit card because I had not received service from the very beginning. I went to see Greg one last time..he was Determined to find the issue..After working 30-45 minutes when no one else could figure out the problem...Greg Finally Figured It Out..His determination to provide EXCELLENT customer service was above and beyond!

New customer to cricket, after spending the better part of a decade with boost, cricket by far is the best cell phone provider I've found! Nick was assisting me with my purchase and did a fantastic job! The whole crew George, Nick, and everyone else were very personable, and made my extended wait ( no fault of theirs, boost customer service sucks) enjoyable. You guys have done a fantastic job! While visiting Florida my LG Stylo died. We went to Cricket in Starke at 1371 S Walnut St. This was the best experience I have ever had in any Cricket store and I have been in Tucson and Chicago locations. I adore the team at this location. The store manager, Greg Hoffman was so helpful in every aspect. Sales Reps Sheldon and Regina were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable- the whole group made my experience wonderful, productive and just as near to perfect as humanly possible. Much thanks and admiration for this team!!!!!!!

Just want to give a shout out to Nisha and Dallas im not very good with phones , but they helped me out a lot with my Samsung ultra 22 don't know what I would of did with out them I appreciate yall time and help from a loyal customer

Came in for a 3 line activation Daisee was very helpful and very personable I absolutely LOVED working with her. Definitely thought she was management was shocked to find out she wasn’t but hope to see her everytime I come in!

The store manager in Starke, Gina Woods, was Super Helpful. My new phone was running out of memory storage available, and my external memory card was empty. I had given up after deleting everything I could find, and yet still no room available. Gina took the time to configure and find the files eating up my space. Thanks, to all the extra help, I purchased an external Bluetooth speaker, just to say THANKS!

Went in just to hear about the different deals, coming from Metro I didn’t expect much, but the young lady talked me into getting a new phone FOR FREE! The stylo 6 just cause I brought my own phone number she even picked my case for me and it’s perfect, she was the sweetest person and made sure I was comfortable using my phone before I left, thank you so much daisee ! I really appreciated the time you spent with me just to be sure I could use my phone and i LOVE my case thank you! I will be coming back to see daisee when my upgrade is ready! If you’re with Metro I suggest going to cricket!

Cricket is the bomb! I love their plans, service, and associates. I was always a Boost customer but since I switched to Cricket I don't have nearly as many dead coverage areas. Cricket is AT&T where Boost is on Sprint.
