This is my second favorite Starbucks drive through location! Awesome service, perfect drinks and good food. Fast and courteous service.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to in Charlottesville. The location itself is convenient, but not too hectic. The staff have always been friendly and the space has always been clean. Great place to get some work done!

I love coming to this location because I receive great customer service every time! The staff is always friendly and my drinks are made correct :)

I go here multiple times a week. If they mess up the quickly fix it. they have only messed my order up once since February. And it is currently July.

Busy Starbucks location at The Meadows on Emmet St! Drive thru was too long so we came to counter where we received excellent friendly fast service! In a hurry a regular brew is so much quicker since the cashier can pour it. The 2 holiday blends are great! Love the non dairy oat milk option—just like heavy cream but plant based goodness!

This is my favorite starbucks in all of cville and trust me bc i'm a true starbucks connoisseur. The staff is so friendly and kind and i have always had a great experience!!

This newer location is definitely busy, but I have never come in for a drink without a friendly greeting from the staff! Drinks are always ready on time when I’ve ordered from the app, and made super quickly when ordered in-person. I’m confused by a prior comment about cleanliness, as the store is consistently in great condition and the bathrooms are spotless. Maybe someone came in on a delivery day as they were putting away stock? Shoutout to everyone at this location for always making my day. :)

This is a great Starbucks. The employees are friendly and will work to get complicated orders right (obviously don't be a jerk and order super fussy drinks at peak hours, I always ask first). The line moves well for a building with a weird loopy drive through.

I have yet to get a wrong drink here, which is outstanding. If I did I think I'd just drink it because they're usually so good.

My favorite Starbucks in Charlottesville. I go multiple times a week, and it is always great. I order through the app and it is always ready by the time I arrive. Order is always correct and delicious. I appreciate the role the wonderful baristas here play in my morning routine.

I had almost given up on Starbucks for several reasons. Then they opened Store 60871, right on my exit to work. It has a drive thru, the staff is AMAZING, and the service has always been outstanding.

Needless to say, Starbucks has hooked me back in as a loyal customer with this location! I adore my baristas. I look forward to seeing them each morning. They truly start my day off on the right side and they understand building relationships with their customers. That is beyond appreciated in this world right now. I honestly try to let them know that I appreciate them in our short interactions each morning as well. They DO touch people’s lives with their pleasant demeanor and gestures of kindness. That goes a long way in my day. A positive review is yet another small way I can show my appreciation for these daily super heroes!!

This location is always so nice. Their staff always ask how I’m doing and never seem to rush me, yet they always gets my drink ready by the time I get to the window.

There have been days bad like today (personal reasons), and yet they still never fail to put a smile right on my face. Their drinks may be pricey, but the customer service at that location makes it all worthwhile 😍

I love BRITTANY P.! She remembers my name. She knows it’s me as soon as I order. She always gets it right and suggests things I love. She is so kind and amazing! She deserves so much recognition.

The team at Starbucks at 250/Seminole Trail is the best in the entire area. Not only do they work fast and with extreme attention to detail but they also make you feel special and brighten your day. Truly look forward to seeing them daily.
