My experience here at this facility has been nothing but a God Sent! From the moment I walked in waiting room w/ my mom(bc it's her Dr.) The nurses, and Doctors have been patient, Under understanding, helpful, resourceful, caring, compassionate, and THEY LISTENE! I take my mom to her appointments and they make sure you understand everything, and that they have answered all questions.

My mother is 89 and feels very comfortable how Dr Faheem or the PA spess to her ask thurough questions to recommend treatment that has been successful. It did take a ehikw to get a new patient appointment. However, we feel he is well worth the wait to become one of his patients. I sit in on her appointments and like how detailed he is when confirming she understands his questions. So he is able to get her what she needs and also confirm when she is in good shape with her current meds. They changed her blood pressure medication, which is wonderful. Her previous doctor had her on one with many side effects. She is well and back to walking around the neighborhood.

I've been going here for almost 4 years, no complaints. Front desk staff have always been professional. The doctors/PAs are great, too. My aunt is also a patient. The staff has always been willing to assist me in helping guide my aunt to take her health issues seriously.

I have been coming here for about half a year and everything I come in workers are always very kind and very respectful, if you don't have an appointment it might take maybe about 15 to 25 minutes but even then when they bring me into the room everything always goes smoothly. Would recommend

Front desk lacks basic customer service skills. After they were rude and I sat down all they did was laugh and carry on about personal plans, so loudly no one could hear anything. Overall a long wait and poor experience.

I went for a Wellness visit and had to wait an hour. When I finally went to the back the assistant helping me took my BP, Pulse, Oxgen an Weight. She never took my temperature but put on the paperwork is was 98.1, it was never taken. The physician I see will not answer his messages on my chart. Since Dr. Stewart left this practice has gone way down.

I've never dealt with a more unresponsive medical practice. The phones never get answered. Voicemails never returned. Pro tip: just dial straight in to the billing dept if you ever need to talk to somebody. The only people that answer phones are the ones hoping to collect money. If that's not enough to drive you insane, my doctor's (Dr. Jansen...whom I actually am very pleased with individually) PA is always grumpy and down-right rude. I won't be going back.

Totally agree with other reviews. I understand it is Covid 19, but how does that prevent you from returning a phone call? My husband wanted to make an appointment since his blood pressure was reading high, some at 190/85. He was told they would call back within 24 hours. My 24 is different from theirs. I am probably going to go to the office to find out what the problem is. Total lack of patient ( customer ) service skills.

Absolutely horrendous staff and service from the front desk to the medical staff from top to bottom. I have been a nurse for 20 yrs and have NEVER seen such blatant disregard for patients. They openly and without a concern in the world hang up on you, if you leave them a message by phone and MyChart either they ignore it altogether or it takes them an average of 2 weeks to return your call and are unbelievably rude even then. Unless you just enjoy paying someone to treat you in an awful, awful manner I'd stay FAR away from this place.

I have been calling for a week now and not one person has bothered to call me back. Half the time I couldn't even get a live person or a message box that wasn't full. Got hung up on while the operator transferred me. Not even sure if the nurses are even getting my messages. Not feeling very warm and fuzzy about these folks. I know it's a new building and they have to work out the kinks but come on...a week, and not ONE call!? May be finding a new PC dr soon.

God forbid you have pain. You will be FORCED to sign away your right to privacy just to get a prescription. And I work for the hospital.

They could care less if you're dying. Don't bother calling.
