Fantastic experience at Home Depot, Lewisville while prepping for my move! Found all the moving supplies I needed—boxes, tape, wrap—easily. Great quality, affordable prices, and friendly staff. Made my packing process much smoother. Highly recommend for stress-free moving prep!

If you’re looking for appliances and good deals, ask for Wayne. He’s got tremendous experience with appliances and will give you honest opinions. Doesn’t try to oversell you on anything. Jackie was also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and helped a ton. Both of them were extremely patient and it is employees like them why I keep going to HD! Great job you two!! Thanks for all the help! We’re excited to see our new stuff in our kitchen!!

Fastest return/exchange I’ve ever experienced. I bought a ladder and noticed it was missing a bottom rubber cover for a leg. She had one right there someone canceled their order for the exact same ladder. I think I was out of there in less than 4 minutes. Excellent customer service.

Thomas, Neo and Bo were awesome to work with. Very down to earth gentleman and also very professional. I never rented a rental van before but my experience today gives me no worries to rent again. Easy process. Awesome workers. Great job!

Customer service was very good at this store. I was looking at a specific item and noticed it had damage to the box, and two employees came over to help. They searched the store for another one and didn't give up until I had what I needed. Store manager was nice too. I'm tellin' ya, customer service is the most important part of a successful business model, and this store excels in it. 5 stars.

So many cute deals on holiday plants and accessories... I love that the plants were healthy and rooted, taken care of better than the usual starter holiday plants. Nothing was artificial or painted, and everything rang up 50-75% like it was advertised. The garden cashier was polite and efficient, and the store was being re-stocked and organized by several friendly and super-expressive employees who were extra mindful to their tasks. Oh, and I had to stand in line for customer service for about five minutes and was helped quickly and without any issues. Found everything on my list and then some.

As most Home Depot’s, this location has a lot of great products for your home projects and beyond. The customer service from the staff here is excellent.

To the kind lady at self check-out this morning 09/10 @around 9:50 A.M. Thank You for helping my little “Ticky, [my dogs' nickname]” and I. My dog Luna and I had a great time shopping and teaching her some manners.. We got to practice some, 'lead-training,' and were treated kindly, with respect & excitement to have a puppy around. Not many places are, 'Dog-Friendly,' anymore.. or at all/never have been. However, Home Depot & Aaron as well as Tina, who helped us navigate the store & pick out a new toilet seat, make all the difference when making the decision to visit a store on a regular basis. Patronage is a hard thing to get in the first place, let alone.. keep!

And she wanted to take you home with us! Unfortunately, we didn’t have room in the convertible today, as per usual, we overbought... but who doesn’t @ this store. The sales were great!

We haven’t had a run in with anyone yet that hasn’t been top-notch. But @Aaron always goes above and beyond and that’s what’ll keep me coming back... and Luna, too 😉🫠 looking forward to seeing y’all again soon!

Visited Home Depot yesterday to get Teflon Tape for a Home Bathroom Shower self installation Project. I got an excellent customer service from Dennis who not only told me where to find this item, but also walked me to the back end/cap, where the item was located.

Department Supervisor Mikey Sipin is the epitome of what customer service is supposed to be, what it should be, what it used to be, and what is so rare today. I needed some help and found that the store policy had changed somewhat and he made it all right and took care of the issue perfectly. He did what was right by the customer. And he is just a very cool dude!

I just want to say that Kane at the Lewisville Store is amazing! He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get the product we were looking for! Our family could not be more thrilled. Thank you thank you thank you Kane!

This store has done such a good job for us. We just bought new french doors and they installed them perfectly! Beautiful job, great timing and efficiently executed!

It's Home Depot. You know what you are getting. This is a clean store with nice employees. If you need home improvement stuff, this is the place to go if you live nearby.
