Whataburger

Didn’t expect to leave feeling valued w/a smile on my face from the service. Since COVID, genuine felt customer service has been a fluke. But today, I was greeted with a warm tone, smile & patience.

I eat here from time to time but this time I went and downloaded the app place my order got a free Burger what's my first order. Well it was not customized the way I wanted it and had put it in there was cheese on it I can't eat the cheese and there was supposed to have mayonnaise and mustard but there was barely any mayonnaise and an overabundance of mustard they put plenty of pickles on it it was very hot and nicely presented it's just I was a little bit disappointed considering not being customized to my satisfaction as to how I ordered it. The lady that worker that came out and brought it to me she was so sweet niece very pleasant upbeat and just had that southern charm about her it was really nice.

I don't usually complement fast food restaurants because I don't expect much. I stopped by this location at 6:40 am. for a double Whataburger with cheese. I expected the burger patty to have been cooked 45 minutes to an hour earlier, and the fries to be old a reheated by dumping them in the cooking oil for just a little longer to give me the impression they were fresh.
My burger was fresh, and so were my fries. The drive-through cashier was
was fast friendly and on top of the job.
I needed a boost in my expectations.

Took 30 mins to get our food but it was like 2am so not too bad, the food was good af tho altho they messed up part of the order

Well, so… Just went through the drive-thru right here at my Lewisville WHATABURGER and DeAndre ( I don’t know if I spelled his name correctly)

…. But this guy was funny, absolutely incredible personality and friendly, and had the most peppy attitude in the world that I’ve ever encountered in the last five years of my life at a fast food DRIVE THRU Give this guy a raise or another promotion!!!

Visiting from Florida, my first time in Texas. Y'all know I had to get that patty melt. Food was fresh and delicious and the service was great.

Baby Dre was super nice taking my order and at the window. Great customer service and interaction! Of course my #5 is GOOD too!!!!!

The staff at this location we're great. We had a big order, and the order was correct,and the food was hot. The restaurant was very clean.

Accidentally went to the wrong location to get curbside. At the right location, they were nice and made us fresh fries! Since ours would have been cold.

I have gone to this location many times and every time has been a bad experience. I only go in the mornings on my way to work and they always give me food that has been sitting up for hours. Today took the cake they gave me a biscuit that was as black as burnt can be and the sausage and eggs was old. Luckily i looked at it before i left and went back through drive thru and spoke to one of the team leads who said that she cant give me my money back and can only remake my food. I asked for manager of store name and info. I definitely will never be back and told everyone i work with not to visit this location.

Hot and fresh, deliciously cooked! The sweet and spicy bacon burger was extremely hot and well made, tasted delicious.

Typically this location has extremely rude staff. This morning I walked in and the staff was so friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names for this review. Made my morning so much better!

This visit made my night! It’s not often you get to pull up at 10:30 at night and get the positive energy I got from the young ladies at this whataburger. People are quick to to write bad reviews but sometimes you just gotta highlight the good! Latavia (I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Cynthia were awesome and I appreciate the fresh food, fast service, and great customer service! Keep up the good work ladies! It’s much appreciated. (Sour cream not included with the fajitas lol)

Great food and the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich was delicious♥♥♥

Food and service were fantastic. Not sure why they have 3.9 stars. Mary is super sweet, and the whole team is awesome. I even watched them all say goodbye to a certain customer, which told me they take their customer base personally.

The food was great and worth the price.

Every time I control this location the employees are wonderful. They always double check my order and any inconveniences get taken care of. I'm from Denton TX and this location is by far my favorite one 😎

Get the white chocolate raspberry shake! We stopped in here late in the evening / early morning (0130) and they had an employee names Larry who did a great job! I'd highly recommend this location. Fast and delicious! 😋

Place wasn't too busy but they were short staffed and 80% of the staff was slacking off and cursing at each other. Johnny was taking the drive thru orders and working the window and ran over and took our order.

If management reads these, JOHNNY was doing awesome work. All other staff that I saw on Tuesday night around 11pm on 12-20-2022 we're doing nothing but getting in his way. He was a one man team.
