Have not been in there for awhile so this was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was great and very friendly. Thanks for being in DuPont

Yummy Jack in the Box! We found this gem while traveling thru and stopping for gas. The service was respectful and prompt. The food was fresh and delicious. Overall the restaurant was clean. I would defintely eat here again!

The service was good but the contact phone number does not work. It greets customers and then hangs up on them.

I have always had a great experience coming to this location. The food is always hot and fresh when I receive it. The staff is friendly and efficient especially the gentleman working grill; very respectful young men. They made sure my order was correct and that I had all the sauce I asked for. As well as running into the manager one evening I decided to order food at this location and she was absolutely amazing. She was nice and funny and her service was above and beyond! Would highly recommend coming to this location!

I was in a jam, running late to a customer site. I saw Jib and pulled in to grab something quick. Good service and kind staff. Fries were fresh and hot, burger was dripping with butter sauce. They get 5 stars and I get 2 stars because my doctor said to avoid fast food and need to control myself, so it's no reflection on this location (I'm deducting the starsfor myself not the jib crew).

Went through the drive through at 5AM. The food took a bit longer than usual since it was all made fresh. The attendant made a mistake with my fries and when I told her she fixed it and also offered me a free cheesecake for the hassle. I would highly recommend this Jack in the box!

There's many fast food restaurants you all can eat at! But what makes the jack in the box in dupont offers is fast friendly service! I always go there for the ultimate bacon cheese burger and they are made to order! And also a big shout out to Gavin and Caven! Thank you for the wonderful service you have provided me!

On my way home from Seattle to Portland, I stopped in to get some gas at the Chevron and a bite to eat. I realized I'd locked my car keys, wallet AND phone in my car. I was exhausted, it was dark, late and I had few options.
Tyler from this Jack in the Box saw my stress, took a break and called his dad (a licensed mechanic). He was at the Center Drive location within five minutes. He immediately went to work helping me get into my car - which he did, within ten minutes!
When I said, "What can I do to repay you?" They said, "Be safe."
The kindness of strangers never ceases to amaze me.
Wonderful people, a great man and he's raising a quality son!
So, Tyler - thank you for looking out for a Portland gal locked out of her car in the dark.

I want to thank the Manager and his staff for such a great experience. I placed a very large order and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. The staff was very professional to deal with.

I love those weird tacos. It's like someone in another country that doesn't have Mexican food read a book that only briefly mentioned tacos and then they decided to make tacos from the ingredients they could find locally. American cheese slice on a taco? Sure! That probably how it's done. Should we deep fry it? Yeah, probably.

I've been there twice today, we are staying at a hotel near there and my kid likes it. Each time we have been there everyone has been so nice and have gotten the order correct. My kid likes meat and bun only... a lot of times places get it wrong. This place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Don't eat fast food very often but, when I do Jack in the Box is my favorite. If you like buttery buns and plenty of bacon and cheese, this is the place for you! Conveniently located off exit 118 in Dupont right off I-5. There's also a carwash and gas station here. Fast, friendly service with plenty of parking!

I love this location. Food is always great. Staff is always nice. But they are slow. Waited 25 min in drive thru. But the manager gave me a free cheese cake for the long wait

Don't eat fast food often but it was all hot and fresh. We even got a burger meal at 9am. Service was very friendly. I was definitely impressed!

Only two people were able to work but they were absolutely crushing it, very nice, and it sucked they had to do that

Excellent food and great service just want to give a shout to the drive thru staff for their hard work and dedication being short staffed.

The customers are usually very rude and seem to mistreat the staff. But the employees are very friendly and professional throughout. Good food and even better service. 👍😁

It seems to me that the customer service at this location is improving greatly! They have a new team that really tries to make it right and the food is hot and fresh!

This has got to be the best Jack in the box I've ever been to in my life! It was clean, serservice was awesome and the food is better than other Jack's that I've been to.

I’ve never had jack in the box before and this was a great first experience! My food was ready quick and customer service was perfect!!
