Taco Bell

Visited the drive thru for this order for lunch. The outside appearance was clean and very well landscaped. I placed my order and drove around, I did have a short wait while they finished my food. I order the three cheese melt which is delicious, and a good price. Food was accurate, no random lettuce or anything- which has happened before. Staff was friendly with both interactions. Overall good experience and will continue to visit this location.

I swung by about an hour before closing on a Thursday night, which is when you’d expect quality to start dropping off for any fast food restaurant. (I used to work the closing shift at a fast food restaurant when I was in my late teens, so…. Yeah.) I was pleasantly surprised to find my two cheese, beans, and rice burritos (from the value menu) both well-made and well-rolled. Whoever was working on the back line was really on the ball.

Late dinner stop.... decided to go into the restaurant not the busy drive thru. Anna at the front counter was super helpful, courteous, and friendly....she is a great employee. Our taco supremes and burritos supremes were very well made and did not disappoint.

Got a delicious Mexican pizza and a Diet Pepsi. I love all the food at Taco Bell’s and it is hard to choose what I want.
The tacos, pinto n cheese, cheesy potatoes and the frozen drinks are some of my favorites.
I wish they would bring back the shredded chicken tacos, that was my all time favorite.
The food is not expensive and anything you order is delicious. Taco Bell is in my top 5 of favorite fast food restaurants.

The Taco Bell in Elizabethton is always the best. Mainly because of the lady manager (works evenings). I'm not sure her name, but she is always friendly & accommodating. We get a weird order & she always remembers us. She makes sure it is done correctly, and without issue. She is just great!

Whoever you had making the food at 10:30 pm tonight 7/17 is the only hope you have for your franchise. This was the first time I have pulled away from this place without being convinced the portion sizes were being shorted. Give that entry worker a 20% raise, do yourself a favor, and make them your golden standard for how to fill a burrito and stack a soft taco. They’re too good for you and they’ll find out sooner than you think.

The food was really good, hot and fresh, had it about 5 mins after placing order, the lady at the register was very nice and helpful.

This Taco Bell consistently has the friendliest staff, front counter and the line. Tables, restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Portions are full, and look appetizing. This is all in stark contrast to numerous other locations in this area. Compliments to the management and staff at the Elizabethton location!

Had a bad review on here because the food is usually so horrible, but the guy on the dine in side tonight making food deserves a raise! First time in 4 years of living here and occasionally going to taco bell, he made wonderful veggie burritos. I think it was the older of the two guys working back there, there was a younger guy too but not sure if he was making food. Give him a raise, he knows how to prepare food! My order was actually right and had all the ingredients in it, never has that happened at this site. And sweet young lady at counter taking orders. This was around 7:30pm Friday 13th.

Food was COLD,and Had to wait for 20 minutes just for 3 hard shell tacos!!!

Delicious food and unsweetened tea is the best

Normally good service and correct orders, even at the drive thru. Our go-to for sure! A couple in Johnson City are not so clean or so friendly in our experience. Elizabethton has them beat by a long shot.

Last week I had the double decker taco, it had me be begging for mercy on the toilet for 3 hours straight. It made me feel like a double decker bus was coming out out of me. I was praying that the pain would end. Today I thought the power menu bowl would be better because it’s vegan or I as I thought. I found carrots in the bowl and it took me straight to the toilet. I was dumping out carrots like I was the Easter bunny. Amy was a rude worker at the Taco Bell. She reminded me of my 8th grade English teacher. I would highly recommend. Best experience of my life.

Good food made fast

It seems strange giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but as a plant-based eater, Taco Bell offers more non-meat choices than most full-service restaurants. I am obsessed with their spicy potato tacos and they gladly customize these for me. And for $1 each, the price can't be matched anywhere.

Ordered in the app, went through the drive thru, it was ready quickly and tasted good.

It's a good place to find what I call American Mexican style food. For when you get tired of eating burgers or pizza. They have a few items on what used to be the dollar menu is now the $2 menu. Everything else is pretty much priced equally to the other fast food restaurants around Elizabethton Tennessee. As of the time of this post, you are allowed to dine in.
