Terry is the man. Knowledgeable and super helpful. Took my complex, 40-piece mailing and knocked it out in 15 minutes. Thank you Terry, you’re a legend in this town.

This review is for my man Terry. He is the kindest most helpful mail guy you will ever meet. He deserves a raise and a future with usps because his customer service is outstanding. I no longer go to this location anymore because the white man other reviewers have commented on is so bitter, it’s truly awful to get that guy. But hey I don’t want this review to be impacted by the negativity of one of his coworkers. Terry is a good man and will take care of you. I wish I could come here just to see him.

Just want to give a shout out to Terry for being so courteous and professional handling a big crowd on a Saturday morning single handed and doing it with such a great attitude. It's hard to please everyone but he went over and beyond today and got it done with a smile and took care of everybody's needs.
He did a great job and we need more Terry's in this world!

Leah is such a sweet lady. Always remembers me (my PO Box is at this location) and truly shows care and concern when answering questions. I see her face and light up with happiness! Leah exudes happiness and positivity and I thoroughly appreciate all her hard work and dedication!

When I went today I must say I won’t go back on the weekend. The woman who I’ve seen before but don’t recall her name was pretty rude to a few customers. I was shocked and appalled at how curt she was.

So please charge kudos with Leah and Julie too if she’s still there! Those two are the best! Today is 1/8/22 and it was not a good experience 😞

Leah and Julie are great! They’re 5 stars. The Spanish woman on Saturday? She needs an attitude adjustment! It’s quite apparent she hates her job but how dare she speak to customers the way she does. I am not alone there were three other people who walked out because of her attitude on January 8, 2022. Coaching opportunity? I think so! I’m sorry you have a line out the door and are working by yourself but that’s not my problem nor should I be disrespected and spoken to the way you attempted today before I myself walked out. Rude!

Not sure if third time should be given in an opportunity to charm...

It is much easier to drop packages off if you don't have a need or desire to go across the bridge to find another USPS office. For the sake of convenience, I won't give this place a 1 star.

On my first visit to this specific location, I watched as a woman behind the counter demeaned a few ladies for simply desiring to see a certain package shipped. Those ladies may have made a comment about UPS providing better shipping options, but in their case it was a legitimate comment. Either way, the woman behind the counter showed little care or concern in the area of customer service. Maybe she was just ready for lunch.

But we fast-forward from a month ago to today. Same location. Different person. From woman, to a man. I simply had a package that should have been dropped off at the Post Office that had postage bought and paid for via Shopify. I've dropped off the same exact item in the same exact package multiple times, but at a different location. Man behind the counter should have only had to scan the package and put it in the outgoing mail bin. His response, "I don't know what to do with this, we can't verify that postage was paid for, we can't mail it." Excuse me...that's false.

I know that I'm not the only one that has experienced poor service here. I've watched other people get talked to in a rude manner. Maybe it is because they are so small, but deal with the whole island and they feel secure in that and overwhelmed with the volume of requests. Maybe you know someone that works here, maybe you don't. I hope you have had a better experience that I have. In the end, this is supposed to be a business and their should be a higher level of customer experience.

If this improves during a future visit, I will certainly alter my review. For now, I'm just ticked.

I’m not rating this location a 1 star but the older gentleman Dave clerk #13 is 100% rude. I arrived at the location 10 minutes before closing and was refused service on top of at least 5 other customers who were refused as well. He was EXTREMELY rude and down right disrespectful. One customer that was refused told me that he was retiring soon so she thinks maybe that’s why he doesn’t care how he speaks to anyone. This is the only location on beachside and he should have manners. I’ll be calling corporate as well to file a complaint. It’s just not right. We’re all human and we deserve to be spoken to like human beings. When I asked to speak to a manager he denied to get a manager. If a manager sees this can you please speak to him about his behavior. Everyone else that works there is absolutely wonderful people!!!

Terrible terrible no supplies no accountability. Typical government agency lazy attitude. Not helpful at all and why no supplies there no one here. Terrible
