Best Italian food in Vero Beach. As an Italian myself I love this restaurant. Everything I've had was good. I recommend trying this restaurant, I would also recommend the eggplant parm it is amazing. I've never had a bad experience. The chef is a true Italian, he knows what he's doing and boy does he do it good.

Homemade pasta penne and spaghetti. Great aracini, meatballs. Loved the spaghetti pesto arugula and cashew.

My first time in Vero Beach and found this gem of a restaurant. All pasta, sauces, etc., you could tell were made with love. The best meal and service I've ever had. The meat sauces were amazing and all pasta dishes were so light and incredibly fresh. Must give Kudos to our server Lily. The most upbeat, funny hardworking young woman I've met in a while. There should be a line around the corner for this wonderful Italian restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Thrilled to find Francesca's nearby. Expected a little pizza place and found exceptional pasta. Started with a fresh and generous antipasta salad and velvety arincini with rich tomato sauce and a nice crunch. But holy moly, the carbonara was a show stopper. Real, rich, quality carbonara as it was intended. Lasagna was very good as well but I'd come back again and again for the carbonara. I never order spaghetti and only ordered after seeing the traditional preparation. So glad I did. Oh, and piping hot bread with whipped butter, yum, and a small but fair wine list.
Small place, pleasant and efficient service, and damn good pasta. Would definitely recommend.

It's all about the food here. Everything made from scratch. It's not heavy like most Italian food but incredibly flavorful. We went with my grand baby and they were very accommodating. Everything is made fresh so this is not a cheap restaurant but it is very worth the price. Portions are not huge but just right. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Had a delicious lunch at Francesca’s today. The tastiest warmed bread and whipped butter to start, which was sensational. Highly recommend the bolognese tortellini. Will definitely be back!

Fresh, fast and friendly. A delightful dining experience from its great location through the excellent menu options. Fresh sauces, pasta and bread. Come in and meet the Chef and the owner—their experience shows through their authentic cuisine and attentive service.

This was my second time eating here in as many weeks because it is really that good. Trying to find authentic, well made Italian is difficult in this area but Francesca’s nailed it and has all the favorites and good service to go along with it. The arancini is a must for an appetizer and I highly recommend the gnocchi dish and bruschetta state stix, everything is always super fresh and honestly I’d just eat gnocchis everyday if I could. Anyone who has a bad review for this place is just a difficult customer.

Francesca's has the best eggplant I've eaten in 10 years and maybe ever. This is my favorite food and it's good to know a restaurant in Vero Beach knows how to prepare it. The ricotta cheese between cutlets (not dried out or mealy) was a masterstroke. Everything was cooked perfectly. They make their own pasta in house and all the meals are cooked out of a small kitchen by one chef, who might be the owner-operator.

Very reasonable prices for a place on Ocean Drive. Food was terrific, as was the service. I will definitely come back next time in Vero Beach area.

Absolutely the best meal we had anywhere in Florida. When on vacation, we eat at Italian about 75% of nights (vegetarians). Ate at Sarasota's top 2 rated Italian places and Delray's top. None of them compared. Get a table outside, inside is not quite as nice. ambience. Great waiter Mike!

My husband and I were planning on going to another local Italian resturant today, however they were closed so we decided to try Francesca's. Lucky for us the other resturant was closed. We had such a pleasant time. Our server, Mike (ask him about his fantastic fishing experiences) greeted us with a big smile and was very attentive and friendly. The owner was also very gracious and friendly. Our meal was delicious and plentiful. My husband had the Penne Vodka dish and I had the Eggplant Parmagiana, both were very good. We also tried for the first time Arancini, very tasty ! Previous reviews mentioned "plastic" dishes, which they are not. They are Melamine and are very sturdy and have a modern organic look, not offensive or cheap at all as the reviews state. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, this is not your place, you are in a beach town. The decor is perfect for this area. Clean, neat, and inviting. Perfect for casual wear. The exterior patio seating is very desirable with the umbrella covered tables. We will definitely go back to Francesca's when we are back in Vero Beach.

I went there for the first time last weekend. Sat outside which was delightful. They have tables with umbrellas.
I had butternut squash ravioli which was to die for!!!! Homemade ravioli was out of this world! The butternut squash tasted homemade and the ssuce was delightful. My husband had chicken parmigiana which he said was excellent. Service was great. Homemade bread was hot and delicious. Next time I’m trying maine lobster ravioli!! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I am from the Federal Hill neighborhood in Providence RI and i know good Italian Food. Having been to 2 other Italian restaurants in the Vero Beach area, the best thing i could say was, It was Ok. That was until i came to Francesca's on my last night in Vero Beach. It was phenomenal! I highly recommend! Stacey our waitress was great!

So good! I had the eggplant parm. It was prepared a bit differently than what I'm used to (ricotta cheese was added) and just delicious. My husband had lasagne and thought it was great. Waitress was so nice (thanks Stacy) and we loved the outdoor seating. Just watch out for the cannoli... they're dangerous!

Went to Francesca's with my son on Easter. I was so Happy they were open and there was no wait. Food was very good and made from scratch. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Location is Amazing. I highly recommend this place.

We have mostly taken out but have also dined in. Truly great piazza, I think it is the best I’ve ever had. The pizza is not dripping in oil, firm enough to pick up but not brittle. If there is such a thing as diet pizza this is it. Wonderful tomato sauce ( not greasy), great cheese and a thin crust. My husband loves to try their Lasagna when they have it , me it’s pizza every time! Very clean, friendly place probably no more than six tables and the owner and chef is right there! This is the place for good Italian without the noise/ hustle/bustle/fake ornaments and trappings of other places.

We enjoyed this place so much! One keto eater loved the roasted veggies and the rest of us shared a wonderful cheese board followed by delicious pasta dishes. Our server was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy and intimate. Will definitely return.
