Have you been away from Colorado for a long period of time? Need some nostalgia for the best green chili? You gotta get santiagos! Breakfast burritos are amazing if you are on the way to work and didn't get anything to eat yet. Personally I don't go deluxe with it smothered and topped with cheese and lettuce. Green chili and meat inside the burrito is my preference . They're handed to you in a bag filled with flavor bombs wrapped in aluminum foil. You won't be disappointed....unless you're a vegan.

Great food at a fantastic price. Got a small combo, plus chips and salsa. Though the chips and salsa weren't free, they weren't expensive either and there was plenty of them. The small combo was more food than I could handle in one sitting! The chile tasted great, though I admit I was hoping the hot would be spicier.

The food at this Santiago's was delicious! Lots of great green chili flavor and hot! They give you lots of chili and service was quick and they were very friendly!

Big portions, lower prices, casual environment. Been in a few times and so far everything has been good. Always a popular spot so it has to be doing something right!

Can't go wrong if your in the mood for very reasonably priced traditional Mexican food,,,best green chilie around!

This is a family staple. Order out or eat in. The service is fast and the food genuine. The organization has locations around the metro area. Don't pass this place up. And the family organization seems to be a generous donor to needy causes and you are welcome to participate.

Fresh, hot, fast! Chicken could use a little more flavor but overall very good. Excellent rice and beans!!!

It’s simple, reliably great food. Breakfast burritos are delicious and around $4.

I’ve been living about 50% time in Tulum, MX since June. My soul has been warmed by the people’s innate kindness, love, sharing and happy outlook. So it surprised me this morning to scoop up some breakfast from what I thought was or would be a chain store, only to experience a wonderful aura of love from the Team.... just heart warming. I’m smiling ear to ear. Because, as I just moved here from 22 yrs in North Boulder, today I learned I really moved closer to the heart of MX... one of my adopted lands (we are from Guatemala). Blessings to all of you at Santiago’s!!!!!!!

I have reviewed other Santiago's locations and they are all excellent. This food is really close to the food my Dad's family makes. Mexican but with a New Mexico twist. Best green Chile and the Indian Taco is so yummy! I don't think there is anything on the menu I don't like.

In the process of a remodel, but still handle volume with speed and efficiency.breakfast burritos are delightful and reasonably priced, but may be getting a little stingy on the meats...overall great value for the money!

Food is always delicious and they are super fast getting out your order. I did order three ground beef and cheese burritos though and they gave me bean burritos instead. They still tasted really good though so worth 5 stars because I think it's the first time any Santiago's has messed up an order.

This place is awesome. Been around for years and I'm usually dissatisfied with prices relative to portions all around Colorado.

I've decided that I like it better than Efrains. Their green chili is good just different. I like the chicken enchilada at Efrains but that's about it. I guess it's the Red sauce I like not so much the meal itself. Of course I've lived in Mexico several months and they are all different.

There isn't a lot of places to sit inside, it's more of a take-it-to-go kinda place, so grab your food and have a picnic
