McDonald's

This has to be one of the nicest ones in the area. It is always pretty clean. It has been remodeled fairly recently. They usually have it decorated for the season or holiday. The staff is friendly.

Staff and the Manager I met on Friday evening on July 1st 2023 we're awsome!! Very Polite and helpful and the best part? The food was hot not cold like other restaurants.I will be back to this one again.I recommend this place alot.5 stars big time.

I must say the opening manager Monday thru Friday is the most pleasant person for the job. I usually stop on weekdays and she always has a smile and shows she cares about her job and always has my order right everytime. Sure I can go anywhere else but she has made even getting a coffee in the morning a pleasant experience. Thank you for hiring a perfect person for the job. And she's always open on time at 6 am. Bob the maintenance guy is another great employee for sure. If they only would promote the morning manager as total manager would be fantastic. The manager overlooking the place seems to never smile and berates workers. I've seen and heard it first hand.. that's why I don't go there after 8 am. Matt is another great worker and very pleasant.

Fast service. Food was hot. Clean Restaurant.

Consistent food quality and all the staff are friendly. Something’s messed up and you bring it to their attention, they make it right.

Fully automated but can still go to the person at the counter to order.. this McDonald's got fully vamped over inside and out.. if tou havent been in a while you have to get back here. Went 2 nights in a row... fries are no longer overly salted, brand new seating and parking lot including a full landscaping of the area facing Wyoming Ave with picnic style benches and sun umbrellas. Clean from top to bottom and employees were courteous and cheery.

This is my favorite McDonald's in our area. The staff is always friendly, and professional. I think only once did I have an issue with my food. Sometimes the wait can be a little bit for the food but it's worth it for this location.

Very friendly staff. Love the new remodel! Clean. Ample parking. Handicap accessible. Large selection for all ages. Non smoking. Accepting cash and card. Mobile ordering available. Drive thru. Overall a great experience at this location.

Update 20 November 2021:
Inside dining is now open! Actually it had been open for awhile, but erratic hours, due to staffing problems, which every business is suffering through. Both sweet and unsweet ice tea are now available at the beverage counter, so this location is my top favorite once again.

Pandemic update: This location usually does not have the counter open for take out. You must use the drive through which I don't like, because it wastes gas idling. This would not be a problem if I had a hybrid or one of the real new cars with engine stop-start, but I don't, so now I go elsewhere.

One of the best McDonalds franchise in the Wyoming Valley. The staff is always friendly. The food is consistent. My only quibble (not bad enough to take off a star) is that only sweet ice tea is available at the beverage area. They do have have "unsweet" ice tea, but you have to ask for it at the counter.

Staff always greets me with a smile. Food is always hot and fresh. One of the only fast food places i'll actually go to because they tend to get my order right 100% of the time.

Having celiac, they were very responsible about watching the cross contamination I usually get at other restaurants. Changed their gloves, made sure my stuff didnt come in contact with bread products. Great job McDonald's!! Way to go.

These employees don't get paid enough to deal with irate and unreasonable customers. I wouldn't do this work for $25+/hr. Props to the employees that have to deal with these people. You guys are the real heros.

The food was fresh and hot. I was getting disappointed with McDonald's food but this delicious.

It's Micky D's, what's not to love? Anywho this McDonald's is located on Union Street in Luzerne. Easy access from the cross Valley & its also located in a shopping center so it's basically a one-stop-shop for almost everything. This McDonald's has some of the friendliest people I've ever met, it's very clean and well-kept. Stop in and see for yourself!

I had the most incredible Drive thru worker tonight, asked her name, which was Adrianne- she was so informative about new menu items, very friendly, courteous and very happy to be an employee at McDonald's. This girl is a RARE FIND now a days!!!

This McDonald’s is always super clean, and well decorated ! It has an inviting atmosphere.. the management is super kind ! I stop all the time and never have an issue.

Mc Donalds is McDonald's i suppose..but some are better than others...i give THIS ONE five stars IN WYOMING ON WYOMING AVE..Lots of spacious parking..easy to enter n exit, whether it be for parking or drive thru..handicap access CLEANplace . clean bathrooms, ..quick serve..polite and friendly

THE ONE BY OLLIES and Antonio's ××× ( 1 STAR!) which has..LIMITED space for cars , people n access the building without hitting another car..getting hit..or worrying about hitting a kid running out in a split second..its too small.enter and exit off a one way,.coming in and out is dangerous amd confusing, even thru the back..which apparently your not supposed to..theres cars pulling in front of u FAST..NO ROOM.TO DRIVE Or PARK.N WALKING IN..IS DANGEROUS..ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS..and YOU cant predict friendly or cleanliness..hit or miss..foods not always fresh..long time wait in a tiny line for drive thru..so AGAIN try to go in BECAREFUL YOU DONT GET HIT BY A CAR..IF U AVTUALLY FIND A SPOT TO PARK..TOO MUCH TIME WASTED FOR FAST FOOD
