Recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile at the Town Center Mall T-Mobile store. Stopped in later in the evening to get everything taken care of. Of course things didn't go as planned but Gage, who has to be the calmest person I've ever met, spent hours getting everything taken care of. I'd imagine that my case was a little complicated which didn't help with making things easier though. Had a couple small issues the next day but Gage, Shane, Josh and another(sorry I can't remember your name), had it taken care of quickly. It's nice to actually have service at home now and for a lot less than Verizon. Can't say enough good things about the guys at this store and definitely glad I made the time to drive down.
