Accounting Pros Michigan staff are extremely Professional, polite, knowledgeable and the entrepreneur personalized the services for my family based on applicable needs and eligibility. My annual taxes were thorough and timely prepared based on my submitted documentation, giving me stress free satisfaction well before the April 15th IRS annual filing mandate.

Electronic communications were conducted with the Accounting Pros Michigan staff's SECURE business email to ensure no data hacking could occur which would compromise our financial, Social Security or tax information.

Research was conducted by the Accounting Pros Michigan staff for my family's situation regarding the Child tax credit and if eligible for a tax credit for my oldest son who's enrolled in college. Additionally, advise was provided by the Accounting Pros Michigan staff regarding future tax planning based on my family's financial abilities and interest (i.e. updating deductions).

Turned in my paperwork work mid February and patiently waited until mid April, after the 4/15 deadline to find out she never reviewed my paperwork... Pam LIED to me last week and told me my taxes were done and I could pick up my returns today (4/18/24). One hour prior to our appointment she calls to say she is busy dealing with her other clients that are being audited by the IRS and she will not complete my job so I ask her to inform me when she’s in the office so I can pick up my belongings and get them to a professional ASAP and my referral reward for successfully sending clients her way and she refused and screamed at me saying “NO I didn’t earn that reward, she would mail my information and block me! Abruptly hung up the phone on me. Very shock, confused and uncomfortable about being late and now a liar holds onto 2 years worth of taxes and my full identity… I’m so scared and she doesn’t care. Pam did great last year.. I’m not sure what has happened to her within this past year but she is no longer professional, trustworthy or reliable. View messages below of her telling me I earned referral rewards, i turned my taxes Feb with no contact in between. (We do not email, texts only) Then 6 weeks later my tax refund was ready for pick up but come to find out that was a lie too!
