Overall, I had a great experience with the store. When I called, they helped reserve the last copy of a game I have been looking for. They held it for me until I could go pick it up a few hours later. The store was super clean and organized and the guy at the front counter was nice.
They had a pretty big selection of Nintendo switch games, and the other next GEN consoles. I really enjoy going to support actual store fronts and not just buying everything over the Internet.

Most Game Stops are good experiences this one in Lincoln has an amazing staff that not only is knowledgeable about the products but will make you feel like a VIP client when being helped. I bring my young special needs friend here a few times a week since our discovering them and work with an amazing guy named Liam who has a background in educating special needs children. Liam is so patient as he waits for my friend to count out his change and asks him good questions as he's doing so like, "How many dimes are there in a dollar?" My young friend has improved his purchasing skills since meeting Liam and we both look forward to our visits to this kind Game Stop location.

the customer service at this game stop is just top tier. they are always as accommodating as they can be and will do their best to take care of their customers. I have no anxiety when troubles come up because I know that they really want to make their customers happy!

Jesse was a wealth of information and so friendly. I actually bought the last game and found out we already had it, I went back that day and Jesse handled it quickly with no problem. I highly recommend THIS location because of Jesse’s way with people. I’ve been to other Game Stops and felt invisible.

We love this store! Clean, organized, well stocked, and the employees are SO SO nice, helpful, and fun! Game Stop is a great corporation as a whole, too.

What a great staff.... I was looking for the elite 2 xbox controller and everywhere else was sold out I came in bought a refurbished one that was just as good as a brand new one. And with their great 1 year warranty it came out to the same price as a brand new one (ok $20 more). But you just have to bring it in if something goes wrong and they will exchange it right there at the counter so you can't go wrong berter than the mail in ones that Best Buy sell you. Thank you ladies for the great service and I will definitely be back.

Every GameStop has different stuff due to the square footage. This one is roomier than most and therefore has a bit more selection on the walls and on the floors. More space to move around too.

Great staff. They all have different gaming preferences which allows them to give great recommendations. I can buy my games anywhere, but choose this location because of them.

I've only visited this location twice; however, on both occasions, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no issue passing nearby locations to go to this GameStop, which is about 30 minutes away.
