Dunkin'

We visit this location pretty much every morning (between 3:30-4:30). Normally when we order the women that work there seem like they really hate their job &/or life. The last couple times we’ve been there we have seen Juan & he is AWESOME! A pleasant voice to hear over the intercom & a smiling face at the window. Great job Juan & thank you for your kindness!!!

I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin donuts near me, and I have nothing but positive results with this location. For starters, everyone is very friendly and helpful for me, especially on the night shift on the weekend, no matter my request they always complete it with no issues. I've requested for ice many times and they always help me out.
Food is very good! Always fresh and taste delicious. This Dunkin donuts also has a gas station included with the store, as in it's merged together, so you can get gas. There is a high selection of disposable vapes, and alcohol. They are opened 24 hours a day and I can verify this because I mostly arrive at the late nights.
As for the morning time, it can get busy. But everyone in is still very polite and helpful and they move as fast as they possibly can. I give all the coworkers high props for the work they do.
As for the cleaness, it's very clean. Spotless even. They do a great job making sure the place looks neat and nice.
This location is handicap accessible and there is tables to sit down and enjoy your meal as well, in a few tables outside as well. There is a drive-thru where you can get your food or you can walk in.

Love that it’s 24hrs and drive thru 24 hrs! I ALWAYS get a perfectly made iced macchiato. Very friendly staff

Great donuts, very happy to see Dunkin' in town again. They have a lounge area with a fireplace that is really comfortable and inviting for taking a break from whatever is stressing you 😁 I might have to go back to get a donut rn , 😂

My donuts tasted great. The store was clean and the service was awesome.

I'm coffee addicted & I would get it during my break time. This local is only closed at 12:00 AM so perfectly for me to grab it. Positive about this local is nearby to highway I-275, gas, and coffee...of course.

I've been a regular at this Dunkin for a few years now. They are the best around.

My only pet peeve with them is that when I order on the app so that I can walk in and pick it up, they don't always put my order on the trays so that I can grab it. Sometimes it is sitting on the counter top behind it, even though its complete. Most of the time when that happens, I can't tell if it's my order or not. They need to be better at putting completed pickup order on the rack for people to pick up their order.

Literally best dunkin I've ever been to. The food was hot including the bagel, it tasted fresh, there was a good amount of cream cheese and it wasn't just in one side. Got my food decently fast for once. Thank you!!!! As someone who worked at papa John's and knows customer service thank you for being fast and thorough!! :)

Nice quick stop by place. Great egg, cheese, and turkey sausage sandwich and Hibiscus tea.

This Dunkin has been my go to stop every morning for a couple of years now. The girls working there in the morning have always been friendly and now even have my coffee ready as I'm walking in the door. Coffee has always been consistent hot. I've cut down on my caffeine intake but will continue to stop by here just because of how nice the staff are.

I drive 15 minutes to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m very serious about my Carmel frozen coffee. This spot makes it perfect every time! They’re all so nice, and my bagel is always delicious! Great place!! 10/10 😊

I always come late at night to get me and m’lady hot chocolate and such. Night staff is great

I was on the phone in the drive thru, paid and forgot my food. When I came back the gal recognized my car and had it in hand when I walked in. We had a good laugh at my whoops.
There new $2, $3, $4 breakfast menu is delicious. I want to make them at home but at that price for 2. Hard to beat.

Never had any issues from here. Service is very good and timely. They did forget part of my order last visit so I guess I should have looked. But a regular stop and I'll be back regardless. Mistakes happen.

As it is already famous for wide variety of donuts are available. My friend ordered a coffee and he liked it. There are many varieties of alcohol that are available here. The waiting area and seating area is good. Customer service is good. Public restrooms are available and they are neat.

Stopped for breakfast on our way out of town, DD always kicks off our road trips. We'd never stopped at this one before. The cashier (Elizabeth) was really nice, friendly & patient as we ordered more donuts, munchkins and breakfast sandwiches than any group of humans should eat in a day. Service was quick, even with the drive thru in full swing. Everyone working there seemed happy, like they all got along. Good energy. Sounds silly to say about a donut shop, but hey, one positive experience can turn someone's day around. It can be as simple as someone being kind when you get your morning coffee.

I gotta say this is the best DD I've been to. Only downside is the long drive thru lines EVERY SINGLE time you go, but that's truly a testiment to how extremely delicious they are.
