Very kind woman named Skye waited on us in the store & spents lots of time explaining things. The technician that came out was superb & was actually earlier than our time frame. He was very patient & kind. Customer service also did a great, accurate job!

I had the BEST customer service today by I believe her name is Ta ni, she went way above to help resolve my issue. I really appreciate it.

The facility is very welcoming & staff is courteous & humble from the very first step you have in store. Specially Nick …. He is very professional & very soft in his tone to explain all he has to offer, providing solutions to clients suitability. All five stars for him ….. 💫 Had the best deal in town from Xfinity thru Nick while transferring four lines from a competition firm …. Myself & family is enjoying the best internet at most competitive rates …. Highly recommend clients to go for Xfinity …. I’m saying this after a research of over 3weeks of rate analysis of internet & phone lines of all leading companies & then making a final word in favour of Xfinity. Go for it & get the best ….

The staff at this location were amazing in helping me with setting up my new phone. I was so impressed with the service that I ordered them pizza for lunch.

Lawanda and her awesome staff stayed 2 1/2 hours after the store closed to get our mobile phone traded-in and a new phone so we could get the current promotional price offered. They are great people to work with. Don't pass on their great service because of the bad reviews. They will take care of you, 100% sure of that.

Had a great experience between help from the gentleman at the check-in counter to the rep that helped me order my wifi pod. Dinasty helped me to contact their off-site staff to order the part I needed, which arrived the next day. Awesome service, very much appreciated!

Chase was the name who supported and processed my request and problems very smoothly. I am happy and felt happy visit store. Whereas on call agent experience was not good and was not getting my problem. Store visit is better experience than customer call. If you need solution then visit store instead calling xfinity customer support.

This is a great crew! Naomi was amazing and so easy to talk to! Adam was great too! These guys have won a loyal customer at this shop and Xfinity should give them all a raise! Greatly appreciated customer service, haven't seen customer service like that in a long time!

Friendly, helpful, and very quick. Latesha was great, she had helpful tips to save money and solved our problem in record time.

It's a nice and organized place. The wait was a little long, but they had employees working at every register/computer. There was also chairs and a huge TV to watch. Once I was helped they were super fast and what I came to do was way easier than I thought I'd be. The customer service person was really nice, too.

This Xfinity location is an excellent professional business. Ciara (Hopefully spelled correctly) was engaging, knowledgeable and great to work with. Watching how their associates treated each customer would cause you to agree I came to the right place for my phone needs.

Great service today from Adam. My daughter replaced a broken phone with an unlocked one she purchased online. We asked about available Xfinity Mobile deals and unfortunately, they did not have any at that time. Adam made the transition very quick and simple. He replaced the SIM card and made sure my daughter had all the functions working properly and transferred pictures and videos to the unlocked phone.

The store was very clean and staff are really friendly. I am not of fan with the hassle of the company's automated phone system, poor phone support, or general service; however, I will say that this store's customer support and quality care is superb!

The store is updated, well laid out, and the digital queue allows you to move through the space to sit or set items on a counter space while waiting for your turn. It doesn't feel like the service centers from years ago where you go and stand in line for a half-hour holding a cable box. The staff was friendly and inviting. My visit was just to pick-up a self-installation kit and the rep was fast and efficient, providing me with instructions to my knowledge level (not getting into things I know how to do). I have not been in a cable service center for a while, so my trip was surprisingly painless.
