Great job Whataburger...oh and let me tell you if you have never tried the Dr pepper shake ...try it ..you will be hooked ...my husband and I both got melts and they were great .

From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you can tell they take pride in their store with keeping it clean, better than a lot of establishments. The Inside is even better! No overflowing Trash Bins, Tables cleaned promptly after customers leave, etc... Deb is the Person I usually deal with at the order counter, and let me tell you. She will make you feel right at home and treat you with Professionalism and Kindness that is lacking in Customer Service these days. Also, kudos to the Management. Kalene (General Manager) and Team, makes sure this store runs TIGHT. Her methods in Leadership should be the Blueprint that every business that deals with any type of Customer Service and/or Commodities should aspire to. Fast, Efficient, Effective and Fair. Keep up the Great Work everyone.

Jacob, the 3rd shift? manager, was beyond helpful. I was having trouble with the app charging me multiple times without ringing my order up. He acknowledged my app order, delivered my food and explained the steps needed to correct my issue WITH a busy drive thru. With exceptionally good tasting food!! I hope he is acknowledged for his quick problem solving and beyond amazing customer service.

This has to be one of the most professionally running restaurants in Texas.

I would rank it somewhere in the top 5% of Whataburger restaurants nationwide.

I've been to just about every Whataburger in Texas, and although it has a strong standard as a fast-food chain. This particular store seems to adhere to the highest standards.

This restaurant received the #1 in the country.
I was going to rate higher, I didn't want to overdo it.

I'm a regular for breakfast. I went last Saturday and there was obviously a disconnection with the team. Apparently an IT issue with the registers. The tension was high in the BOH. Mimi my cashier did great, the manager was a little tough with her even though nothing was her fault and had no control over the situation. Mimi was cool calm and collective and serve me with a smile!!! She is the bestaaa

Good food good service. Had an initial problem with my food but the young manager on duty was quick to resolve . The restaurant was clean and staff friendly.

Always super quick doesn't matter if you dine in, drive thru, or curbside! Hot and fresh food. Awesome staff.

The LA Marque location is a favorite stop after we get back from a cruise. The employees are friendly and fast! This place is hopping!

Can't leave Texas without having Whataburger they said..Had to jet out so we dropped in to go .. friendly staff and burgers were good. Nothing in Texas is small, NOTH-THING! 🤣

Food was good...nice....and hot.Took a while to get my order,but overall a good experience.

I was in the second line, on the phone with my pregnant girlfriend and she couldn't decide what she wanted with her patty melt.... The people who took the deliveries out were very patient on the sauces she wanted. She finished it on record time so it must have been good. Not to mention the main line was packed at midnight so the fact I got mine so fast was a game changer.

I can see what all the hype is about! Just had a bacon cheese burger for the first time. The flavor is unlike any other fast food burger. Very tasty!!

Food is a hit and miss at this location. For the most part, cheese is never melted on the cheeseburgers. They need to be warmer so that the cheese melts. The lines here are always long. I hate when the person in drive thru stands so far away from the menu board that it's impossible to see the menu. I'm not a fan of the small handheld menus. I always say, im paying with cash so that I can go to the actual menu to order through the speaker. I wish this location was better. It's just not the case. I stop here only when there isn't another one I can go to. If the lines were shorter and of the burgers were warmer, it wouldn't be so bad.
