The service was quick and friendly! The food was fresh! I was so pleasantly surprised since our other JitB location is terrible.

The crew working on 5/16/23 did an amazing job with what they were faced with during the lunch rush. The young man who I believe is a manager absolutely crushed handling multiple tasks at once. All while maintaining a great and positive attitude towards the customers and the other employees. Excellent customer service! :)

The service was amazing swift, despite the late hour of the night.When I returned later in the week craving the Butteryjack previous experience... I was told MY burger was made by "Quinton & Edward" who work the late night!

Never had an issue with service or food. Just met Chauncy and what an amazing soul! Makes me want to drive through just for that morning positive vibe! Wonderful customer service and again, food was great!

Fast and Hot! No issue with the order.

This is a follow up to a complaint made 03/24/22 regarding order ID 907542. The store manager Valencia reached out to me immediately the following day. And then she just listened, she actually heard me. She gave me her cell number and told me that she would replace the order for me. Today I texted her and let her know we were coming and when we arrivrd' she DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! She was very professional, and interactive with her team. The order was correct and delicious!!! THANK YOU VALENCIA. I cant post pics we ate every bite!!!
ps note to corporate quit putting so much emphasis on timed drive thru orders. All youre doing is guaranteeing mistakes. WE CAN WAIT FOR WHAT WE WANT.

Had some of the nicest service at this restaurant. I would like to point out one employee in particular. They said he goes by "Ducky" I'm sure that's not his real name. He was friendly and attentive. Another customer came in and she wasn't sure of the menu and he went out of his way to explain her options until she was completely satisfied. Such service is rare in the fast food industry. GREAT JOB DUCKY!

Mary and Blanca are the 2 most friendly faces I notice everytime I come into this place! I normally only order a caramel ice coffee and they know right away! Makes you feel good when the staff know what you order on a regular and they have great customer service.

I always come to this location, but today I had the best customer service. I asked him his name and he said Brandt, he was so polite, my order was correct and he wished me a good day that put a smile on my face. When you visit this location make sure you ask for Brandt.

I'm glad this Jack in the Box is the one closest to me....the drivethru is always perfect; on time, hot and customized for me. The staff, especially the drivethru, is friendly and always makes me smile. Very courteous.

Employees were very friendly. Food was picture perfect. Hot and fresh. Gave condiments correctly. Great service. Will definitely go back.

Restaurant is very close to the interstate with easy access for hungry travelers between Houston and Galveston Island. It is the only restaurant open after midnight between Galveston and mile marker 15 if you're traveling north on Interstate 45. The staff is nice and the food is cooked to order.

Food is always fresh and service is awesome!! This is my location spot when I want Jack in the Box!!! Thanks for all y'all do in making our visits so worth it! 😁👍👍
