Taco Bell

Service has been a lot better lately. I feel bad pigging out and ordering 4-6 items, but the staff are efficient compared to other fast food joints. I order through the app and they notice the slight modifications I add to the order, which I greatly appreciate. Also, the new cravings menu is a good bang for your buck.

I have eaten at many a Tacobell. From Buffalo, New York to Albany NY. Small town, NH to Ft. Lauderdale Florida - I have consumed tacos and Mexicanish food from Tacbell establishments.

I must declare my sincerest admiration to the staff and food from the Tacobell in Glenmont.

1. The man running the window was fast, efficient, and welcoming. He listened to our order carefully and stood on business.

2. Our order was exactly correct. We had a few substitutions (no sour cream for my items - sour cream is for the devil) and everything came as expected.

I also noticed the window gentleman ask the staff, “is everything in there?” whilst looking into our bag to confirm that our order was complete and ready to be served. Let me tell you, as someone who has had a botched order from EVERY OTHER Tacobell I’ve ever eaten at, this filled my heart with joy and gave me a rush of endorphins. Knowing a stranger cared about the quality and correctness of my order in 2024 made me feel like the one true king.

- the food was good and served its purpose. It’s Tacobell, it’s no fancy dinner like Olive Garden ;)

10/10 would come again.

10/10 would recommend anyone in the capital region looking for an affordable, reliable, great night out on the town.

Had a wonderful encounter with Kahiem and the rest of the staff by far the best Taco Bell in the capital District, food was excellent as well, prepared with courtesy. Update must be new employees now I have been waiting for my food for 25 minutes while they smile at each other and look at me I’m pretty sure they thought I was delivering food. It’s sad how fast a business can be ruined by no good employees

Went tonight to grab dinner for the drive ins. Our cashier Mark E was friendly, efficient and funny. We had a large order and they did not make us feel bad like other fast food places can, and our food was fresh and hot. Employees like Mark are rare in the world.

Everything was great. Customer service was the best I've ever seen at a fast food place.

Did a drive through, and the food was great. The service was quite slow, although to be fair, it was the holiday season visiting. I think they should offer a higher pay incentive to employees so more feel eager to work for higher pay, as I do believe that taco bell is good at giving employees decent pay, and if anything, can advise this fact to generate more revenue.

Clean, modern, quick service. Food made properly. No issues here.

I eat here almost every day of every week and I love taco bells food it never gets old to me the service here is amazing the food is made quick and clean and the staff that works there very nice and helpful.

Yummy & hot. Drive-thru. I wonder how 🤔 extra money they make each night because Wendy's next door closes earlier.... 😆

First, I want to say say service was fantastic and and food was fresh. The service was amazing. But, I also have to say, I came in at about 11pm for a fairly large order. The 2 employees that were working were scrambling to get orders done (this is a busy area with a lot of traffic just outside the city). The drive through was fairly busy and people were pulled aside. These 2 employees deserve recognition for how kind and friendly they were given the amount they had to do to run a busy restaurant. I will definitely be back, but the management needs to get more help for these two. That's just not fair leaving them alone to care for dozens of orders while expecting to maintain efficiency.

Again, service was fantastic and food was a fresh, but get these hard working people some help.

I actually got a nacho cheese cup that was dumped all over the bag. I came in and asked for a new cup of cheese, and the front counter person tried to ask if I wanted my whole meal replaced. She took my burritos, re-grilled the ones that were grilled for a couple seconds, and re-wrapped my food. Everything was delicious as always, and what great customer service

I genuinely feel that this taco bell is better than most and I realize that people have bad days so I definately do give the store itself a 5 but some of the employees have bad days and I understand little mess ups. I just went again today for my 2 large mtn dew no ice and they were fast, accurate, clean and made sure I had everything.

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this taco bell and when I got my drinks I specifically asked for no ice and they still gave me ice, the first time I said something, the second time the gentleman caught it before handing the drinks out the window and this time I just didnt bother cause that is all I ordered. 2 large mtn dew NO ICE. It literally seemed like she put extra ice in them...I give it 5 stars because most of the time the people here are very nice they definately give quick service as well but today there was NO ONE BUT ME so there was no reason for her to mess that up...I used to work in fast food and on the order screen there is an option for no ice and that was not hit cause it would have showed on the receipt.

I love this taco bell. We go there often. Staff is always great and food is good as well. My favorite restaurant is chillis which is right down the road, but i would pick this place over that just for the difference in service. I think staff is doing a great job!

My 30 year old son demanded Taco Bell in payment for assisting me with a move last weekend... cheap payment in my view ;) The girl who waited on us was FABULOUS!! EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and the service was fast and efficient!

It's Taco bell but very well prepared. Short wait at drive thru and everything was delicious.

I typically stop here for lunch after my workouts. The staff is always courteous, well kempt and a smile when taking your order. The food is what you ask for (as other establishments get the order wrong) and always delicious.

The young Spanish lady with the nice tattoo has the best personality, she went far and beyond to make sure that we where happy with our order 030368 order # 308036, Lizmary. Thank you for job quality One Bloody proud of you your providing job quality for Taco Bell.

Drive thru service very convenient and fast. Food was good! Service was excellent!

I can really say this Taco Bell is every clean and organized they are all friendly staff they will make sure customers are happy I never had an issue here my food always come out delicious
