Diane knows her stuff and is always up to date on the new tax changes. She is very nice and finds every deduction that I can use to make the most out of my refund. I have never had a problem getting an appointment no matter how busy they are.

This business is very easy to deal with. They are very helpful and pleasant even during tax time when everyone is bothering them and not bringing in everything at once to do the taxes. Many questions can be answered over the telephone and things like W-2's for small businesses can usually be done with a phone call instead of an appointment. They are so understanding and a wonderful group of people work there and will do everything to assist you in whatever you need financially! 5 stars from me!
