Mac’s Snax

Love the food there that I have had so far. It is Delicious! Everyone there is welcoming and friendly. Today I had a scoop of peanut butter chocolate ice cream in which I name anything that is chocolate and peanut butter blended the "ET flavor" hence the movie ET because of ET on movie eating Reese's Pieces candy. Love the name the "ET flavor". While everyone at the shop was friendly and nice as usual there, there is now a young tall female with black brown dark hair that works there as well who gave a bad attitude towards me today when I was there. Everyone was nice to me there except this young woman.
To the woman that gave me a bad attitude towards me: I didn't appreciate the way you acted towards me with the dirty look scowls, saying hi in a monotone way at me with you refusing to have eye contact when saying the rude monotone version of hi. Treat your coworkers, the owners and the customers ALL WITH RESPECT! If you want respect back, then you NEED to treat others WITH RESPECT! Whatever Prejudice and hate you may potentially have against anyone of a certain age, race, gender, religion, disability, etc... GET OVER IT if that is what is going on here! I was being polite and nice to the owner, the other workers and you as well. Your HORRIBLE ATTITUDE WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!

This is a true gem! The food is good and quickly prepared. The service is fast and always very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. We stop in almost every week.

Just visited Mac’s for the first time, what a hidden gem. I got the peach milkshake and would definitely recommend. Will be back!

My family and i come here a few times a month and always enjoy the food and the service infact we stopped today to get dinner and ice cream and give a shout out to kaylee their cashier today she gave us the best service today keep it up

First visit and last one of the season. Glad we made it in time.

The ice cream was delicious and lots of seating inside and out to take in a great day.

Posting as a Vendor: Kris and Mark were SO gracious as we used their parking lot for a temporary sale. We are not from this area, and we were pleasantly surprised at the loyal following Mack’s has built. The food is all homemade, fairly priced, clean building, and the owners/staff are the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST. Wish I could give them 100 stars!!

I really like this place, although I wasn't impressed with their cowboy burger. Everything else I've gotten there has been really good. I immensely like their meatloaf. They also sell fresh made bake goods, the large cinnamon and nut rolls are to die for. Highly suggest if your in the area check them out!!!

AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF!!! The FOOD is homemade, local and tasty! Generous portions. Our favorite spot in Franklin! Serves food and ice-cream. Yummy! SUPPORT LOCALS. Always!

Soft serve is really good, very generous sizes. Hard ice cream is good if that's what you like... Kiddos seem to enjoy it.

This place has amazing food and they are good to their customers! They are always adding new food choices and have daily specials. Love the open indoor seating area. We keep coming back! 🙂

What a cute place! We intended on getting our ice cream to go, but their "inside" seating area was so cute that we decided to eat there. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable and they have quite an extensive menu of both ice cream and hot foods. I can't speak to how the food tastes because we only got ice cream, but we're looking forward to going back to try some other things. I will say, if you're a brownie sundae fan, the brownie is cake like not fudgie, which was disappointing to me but I'm sure is some other's preference. Overall, it was a very lovely visit.

The food and ice cream is delicious every time we go! The staff is very friendly and we have never had any issues with our orders. The indoor seating that was added on has been an awesome bonus, especially on those cooler days and chilly evenings! The outdoor seating is nice also, and there is a small fireplace for the indoor dining! The prices are very reasonable as well and you get a decent amount of food which is awesome! We will always recommend Mac's Snax to others!

The cheeseburger platter and the chicken strip platter are always an excellent choice. The chicken is always juicy and the burgers are great. I've always gotten the fresh strawberry shakes. That's until I discovered what a turtle sundae is, so good! The new owners and staff have excellent customer service everyone time we come.

They do such an amazing job! Their customer service is amazing! Their food is great and I've always receive my food in a very timely manner. I have ice cream places closer to me but I will travel 20 minutes for this place! Keep up the great work!

We and our dogs have this targeted as a local favorite. Our children and grandchildren also want to come here all the time. They have great soft ice cream, the cookie dough flurry has the most cookie dough of any anywhere...it's excellent.

Great old fashioned style thick milkshakes. Fantastic Bavarian hot dog, must try!

The food is really good. My wife enjoyed the ice cream. They provide a nice small covered area to sit in out of the rain. Be warned the traffic can get a little loud at times.
