I highly recommend Helton Ingram Septic having used them since I bought my house 9 years ago. I have always been please with their service and pricing but my latest experience with them has been outstanding. Dane and his crew replaced the tank of our aerobic system in the horrible heat of August with awesome work and awesome attitudes. They explained everything they would be doing and answered all my questions. The cost was exactly what I had been quoted with no hidden surprises. Good work and good people throughout the company.

I absolutely recommend Helton Ingram Septic installation! This business has a solid team of men, good quality work, reasonable prices, knowledgeable, professional, and above all they care about you. I’m so glad I took the time to read the reviews before I signed with Helton because they were right.

To give you a little background, we moved into our new home in 2023 and discovered it had a failing coffin style septic system from the 1960’s. We had a very unique situation with a backyard of 0.183 acres and limited space for large equipment. Getting quotes for a new aerobic septic system with irrigation drip leech field wasn’t easy, and was a bit frustrating and discouraging at times. But Helton Ingram Septic made it easy for us to decide with fast responses, thorough quotes, and Patrick answering the rest of my concerns.

I wanted to share some pros and cons:

Pros:
1. Quality work: Everything was installed with the most upright care. The irrigation leech field had uniform parallel lines, the septic tank pvc pipes all seem to fit snug with all the connection points, and of course the end product with the grading turned out wonderful.
2. Professional and Dedicated: They showed up for 3 full days and worked in the scorching heat (+107 degrees) sweat and all and never complained. They just did the job and did it to the best of their abilities. They never hit our home once even after transporting 3 large septic tanks in a small 5-6 ft clearance space.
3. Courteous- Patrick led most of the communications and he was always friendly and polite to speak with and answered all my questions to the best of his abilities. I was amazed at his positive demeanor even with the heat baking him all day. And he always left by giving me heads up with what was going to happen the next day.
4. Helpful: Patrick was very generous with his time and came out to see our property and suggested some cost savings changes that ultimately worked better in the end than what other installers had originally told me couldn’t be done.
5. Reasonable costs: it is expensive to install a septic tank in general, but I feel the price they charged was right on point.
6. Great Team: Everybody on the team played such a vital role and they all worked so well together.
7. Expert Installer: Patrick is one of the best! He’s very good with handling all the large equipment. He’s confident! He knows how to use everything with the back of his hand and it showed. Plus he is super knowledgeable about all your septic needs and concerns. He even offered suggestions that other companies never did or knew about.

Cons:
1. Long wait period:
2. The installed finished system wasn’t explained as well at least for maintenance. I was given all the warnings and what to look for but hoping this portion will be explained more in due time.

We are so excited to use our new septic system and we are so pleased so far with the results. Hope to do a follow up review with how our aerobic septic system works out after we get more familiar with everything.

Justin is a really nice guy and did a great job with our new septic install. It looks awesome. It was expensive, but it’s a high tech system and it was worth the money we paid. They will come back in a couple months and re-level and make sure it’s all good. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Helton Ingram again for septic needs.

My only complaint would be that it took several months for us to get it installed. Sept signing -> Jan install. I would have preferred to be updated proactively every 6 weeks or so. But Patrick is a really busy guy working a lot of jobs. If you’re waiting on your septic, you can trust Helton Ingram will get the job done right

We needed a new septic installed on our property and looked at a couple of different companies. We ended up choosing Helton Ingram due to their professionalism. They made the process of getting the necessary paperwork done easy. They were always easy to get ahold of for an update, and will make sure you are taken care of.

Patrick was great, he was very fast and thorough once it came to installation. The plans put the tank near quite a few trees so I wasn’t sure if that would make it more difficult, but he quickly resolved any issues with the install and treated our property with respect.
I would absolutely recommend him and Helton Ingram for any job.

These are the most honest and friendly people I’ve worked with in a long time. Ben did not leave my place until he got the problem resolved and I’ll let you know he worked hard!! Luey was most understanding of my issues. These are the guys you want taking care of you, I promise! I was blessed to run on to them.

Where do I start. Our Internet Provider pulled a fiber cable straight across our Septic tank, and left no markers.! I do Think it is Illegal to do That. Our Ingram Employee Happen to cut that line with a shovel. United co op Is Charging me $250 to Repair that line. Hilton/Ingram stepped In and ATE that charge. And Did not have to do that. They will always be our Septic company of Choice.

The septic installers, Patrick and Stetson, are wonderful at their job. If you want knowledgeable employees, this is the company to go with for your new septic installation. Loved the office staff also, such as William, and bidders. Everyone is great here and I highly recommend them.

It is a honor and pleasure to write a review about this amazing company, Helton Ingram Septic. They have taken care of our septic system for several years. Their service men are very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and kind.
We are retired senior citizens with disabilities. They understand it may take extra few minutes to get to door. They really look after our septic system very well, It is so nice to have a company that works with integrity, shows they really care about their customers, and understand special needs. THEY ARE THE BEST!

We have been with Helton Ingram for 24 years and would not think of changing companies. Everyone there is always friendly and willing to do what it takes to help us. We had Will out this week to replace the old pump in our tank. He really impressed my husband with his work ethics, knowledge and friendliness. That's not easy to do!
I have to say that Raymond would be proud of how his this company is run.

The time from payment to install was over 5 months. Then we were not told about needing power installed for the alarm. We -are now 6 months out from install and the yard has not been restored. Pipe is sticking out of the ground and we have a sand pile waiting to be moved to even the land out. Suppose to have chlorine checked every two months. Have not seen anyone 6 months later. The system works but the job is incomplete

Update: We were contacted by Helton and they are making things right for us!

Taylor from Helton Ingram came out and fixed our pump after Brannon Septic Came out and pumped our tanks they caused it to air lock and clogg because it wasn't turned off while pumping out the tanks had to go buy a sump pump at home depot at night and pump the water tank out so we would be able to use the services.

Patrick and his crew really were great. They answered all my questions and concerns. They left the property in pretty good shape, one tree had to come down, but that was expected. A little grass seed and water and it'll look fantastic. Thanks for the professional work.

we recently had a new septic system installed in our home. Patrick and Stenson installed the new system. from the beginning Patrick was very informative and helpful. he answered all my questions and the range of options available to us. he was always very polite and helpful. they came and install the new system in two days. our experience with Patrick and the rest of the people in the company has been very positive. i highly recommend this company for anyone who needs septic repair or installation.

After seeing how much labor and infrastructure was required to replace my old septic system, I feel very good about the cost and install. The crew did a fantastic job! Patrick led the team and did everything he could plus some to make sure his work was highest quality and I was completely satisfied with the install. The whole team was great!. Two years maintenance and service included with the purchase. Super pleased. You will defiantly get a professional install done correctly the first time with Helton.

I had a what ultimately became an aerobic septic pump system failure. I called Helton-Ingram on a Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. I was told they would be here between 9am and 10am and the technician, Dustin, came shortly after 9am. He didn't take long to inspect the system and show me what appeared to be the problem.
Dustin then went ahead and replaced the pump and tested my system noting a few other items that will need to be addressed, he also cleaned the air pump filters and checked the pump and control panel.
I have to thank Dustin for his prompt, courteous and professional service - I was delighted Helton-Ingram for everything they did to get me up and running as quickly as possible. And a special thanks to Dustin for his expertise.

Our system went down on Tuesday and Dustin was here first thing Wednesday. Checked out the electrical and diagnosed the problem right away! Returned as promised Thursday AM
with new components and installed them properly! He took the time to remove all old wiring, run new wiring throughout and answered all of my questions as he worked through the installation. After completion he walked me through operation of the new components. Great service!!
Dustin takes extreme pride in his work! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional! I will use Helton Ingram in the future and certainly request Dustin as my service tech!

I have called Helton Ingram out to my house multiple times and have always had a great experience. They are always out here very quickly to help and have performed great work each time. I wish I would’ve called them and when we first moved into our home rather than the two other companies locally that were way more expensive and much less professional. One tech in particular, Dustin, is always very helpful, professional and someone I would certainly trust to do a great job, even if I am unable to be home at the time.
