My family absolutely love this reptile store! I got my son his first snake from here in 2023 and it's a very healthy snake not one issue. The staff is really knowledgeable about all replies and so friendly! We still come in weekly to get a rat and and see the new animals.

On my daughters 5th birthday my family and I went to Madhouse Serpents to look at all the animals. This place and the people who run it are amazing. They gave us an interactive tour of all the different animals. My daughter told me it was the funnest birthday ever, and I think I had just as much fun as the kids. They are extremely knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this place.

They were fantastic with answering all of our questions and being patient with my 7yo. We were able to get everything we needed for our Bearded Dragon! I’m so glad I found a locally owned store. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place over any exotic pet store I’ve been in across Ohio. I don’t know a lot about reptile care but I have a growing collection of arachnids. They have more of a selection of tarantulas than any reptile store I have ever seen and they actually take care of them. I come in about once a week and Julie is always nice and helpful and everything is always being taken cared for.

The owners Richard and Julie are absolutely phenomenal! They are very patient and knowledgeable of all their animals and products! I have a corn snake and a ball python that we got from them. They never hesitate to answer any questions or concerns I have with my snakes. I have brought my snakes in on numerous occasions to be looked at and to ask for advice when something comes up. I recommend everyone that has any questions or interested in possibly adopting any reptiles to visit Madhouse Serpents! They will gladly educate you on anything you are interested in. They genuinely care about their animals and make sure they are healthy and ready for their new home! They have feed and supplies for all different reptiles. Their prices are very fair! Nobody can compare to the care and knowledge that they are more than happy to offer! If you go to Madhouse Serpents for any of your reptile needs, I promise you won’t regret it and will definitely become a returning customer! They certainly have my loyalty!

My boys have wanted a lizard for a while. We found out about this shop from work friends and went to check it out. The owners, Richard and Julie, were so kind. They took the time to talk to the boys and educate them about the best pet for them. We went back 3 times before we decided what to get. They never got tired of questions or frustrated with the boys. They told us what we needed to do before buying our bearded dragon and helped pick one out with the best temperament for them. They are very invested in their animals and super knowledgeable. Thank you for your patience and all your help.

Just recently heard about this place and decided I wanted to check it out. The owners were absolutely amazing, let me hold the snakes and helped educate me on them. They were extremely kind and very funny. I would highly recommend them to everyone. My husband surprised me with this beauty the next day. He was not aggressive at all and well taken care of.

I’ve always had an overall great experience at the shop and all of the workers are amazing people, hard working, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ve always had great experiences when coming into the shop and get any questions i have answered. I love coming and holding the animals and seeing the new stuff they get in. I will always highly recommend this place as a great and safe place to get your reptiles/spiders. 🤍

This place is absolutely amazing, they range from snakes to lizards and even spiders! They even allow you to hold the snakes if you ask! The workers are chill and nice to their customers as well.

Best pet store. Everyone there is kind, caring, and dont be afraid to ask them questions! They take care of the animals and put their health and safety before themselves. They truly care and are an amazing place.
One more thing; if you aren't going to listen to them, don't bother going there. They know 2 million times more than you and I GARUNTEE you that if they say something's wrong, it's wrong. They have many many years of experience, and not once have I ever seen them fail. They continue to be kind and they won't let just anyone take pets. They will make sure that you know what you need to do to take care of that pet because they are the kind of people that don't just sell pets to people that have no idea what they're doing and end up killing them. If you aren't willing to make sure your pet is healthy and happy you can go to some place like Petsmart where they starve animals, treat them poorly, barely take care of them, and treat them like garbage because they know people will still pay for em.

Best reptile shop around. Love the staff! Everyone is very cool, nice and knowledgeable. Always helpful and understanding. 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been coming here regularly for over a year now and highly recommend this place! They take great care of the animals, and have a lot of knowledge to share. Everytime I come in it's a great time! The employees are nice and helpful, their animals are healthy and fun to get out, and Julie and Richard are great people! There's new animals coming in and it's always fun to see how they update the shop. Keep up the work guys, you're great!

The owners are absolutely amazing and embrace the acceptance of all different animals. The husbandry was beautiful for a petstore, everytime i go in there it seems like someones taking care of the animals and all of the employees are amazing. The female owner was so nice aswell, me and my boyfriend found ourselves sitting in the store for over half an hour just chatting about animals with her. 10/10

We recently got my daughter's 4 year old ball python that we needed to watch. Having no snake knowledge we stopped in to see what kind of assistance we could get. Julie was amazing she answered all our questions. Was patient and understanding. She even offered to come out and help if we needed so we could get hands on training. 100% recommend as they are about the well being of the animal! Not to mention they have a ton of pretty reptiles!

I had a lot of fun at Madhouse today. Animals were healthy and clean. The store had no smell and the pricing was reasonable. Julie and Richard did a great job of answering all of my questions and making me feel at home. Highly recommend!
