Nice place to stop near Amtrak station in Plattsburgh! Only a block away, right up the hill. Waitstaff are very friendly. So are the regular locals that frequent here. Prices are very reasonable IMO. I will def stop by when in the area.

Counter only style restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient even with tons of customers. Food was delicious… scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. Loved the sausage gravy!

The food was great, service was excellent.
Visited the diner on a solar eclipse day when lots of eclipse watchers have swarmed in. It was crowded with a line outside. Waitresses looked a little bit overwhelmed, but could handle the situation. The good part is that the next eclipse in the area won't happen for at least 400 years, and till that time locals could enjoy the diner's good atmosphere and great food.

An amazing place to grab a quick bite to eat. If you’re in town I would recommend stopping by and amazing people.

I cannot put into words how happy their food makes me. It's the best diner ever, amazing food, amazing staff, the regulars are fantastic. HIGHLY recommend 💯

The beef hash is an option here and it’s just fantastic! It’s crispy on the outside and soft yet rich on the inside.

Their coffee is your standard Folgers breakfast blend and the eggs are just eggs. You have the typical American Regular, wheat and rye bread options. The toast comes buttered.

The sitting concept is a round table next to each other, first come first serve and it can get a little tight and into your personal space.

It would not consider it a baby friendly place as you cannot park a stroller here.

There is only one bathroom and it is all the way down in the basement (tall people be careful).

The service is a hit or a miss depending on who waits on you.

I enjoyed the breakfast quality for a diner located in Plattsburgh.

The ambience of this place is great. It's small, but in that "just right" kinda way. I love that I can see my food being cooked on one side, and on the other side the city walking by.

Great place to get something very tasty. They been open for almost 20 years now. And your coffee never runs empty

This is one of the few classic diners still going. I brought my son here just so he could experience what true diner is. Good food and atmosphere, prices are good too.

Landmark breakfast place in Plattsburgh, staff is always excellent and friendly. Prices are hard to beat and food quality is excellent. Vary quick service. Be warned it can get very busy and as a result very crowded, it is also cash only so come prepared!

The food was awesome and the waitresses were very nice and friendly even though they had a ton of people because of the solar eclipse. They were friendly to everyone. They sure earned their money today.

Great food and great waitresses. They worked like a well oiled machine. I wish I could have them come clean my house!

DEEEEELICIOUS !! I'm Definitely eating here again soon - well, actually, SEVERAL TIMES AGAIN !! Fresh "real" eggs in that Omelet, like you made it yourself. Made to order..
TRUE HOMESTYLE FOOD❣

I like going to different diners, this is on my list of favorites and they're open on Mondays. Plenty of filling in the western omelet and the only way home fries should be cooked (on a flat top).

Its a cute little place. My uncle recommended it us. Atmosphere would rate higher, but for me it was, and personally i cant be around that many people for long. But i will definitely go back when in that part of new york again! But if you are the type of person that loves alot of people its for you. And for as busy as it is not a long wait at all. I think we waited to sit all of 1 minute.-----‐‐----
Its a month later and I am getting ready to go get breakfast. And i have updated my atmosphere rating because like before it takes a few times for me to have that work for me. But when the foods good i will go back

Really good backyard Diner the couple of girls really rock the floor and food comes out good wholesome and quickly. Very nice hidden Diner

Everything is so tasty! Hot and ready and it stands true to that. If you are looking for a hot meal with barely any wait time, this is the piece to go.

Absolutely delicious breakfast, and got one of the homemade desserts to bring home for hubby 😋

Don't even stop at Tim Hortons if you're coming from Montreal. Get your breakfast here!
