Amazing Service

Today, a female Mail delivery person drove at warp speed on our dusty, private gravel driveway! The post office had been contacted regarding the speed & informed that a package had been wrongly delivered. For a second time today, a delivery person again drove as though the dirt lane was the Autobahn! Speed limit signs are posted, ditches have been dug (ineffective) to slow traffic. My car window had been previously shattered by stones from the tires of speeding vehicles! C'mon people! Show some respect!!! Taking photos of the driver next time & posting !

They have repeatedly lost, or “actively delivered” my packages, in which they’d say will be delivered and never will. They’ve sent back important mail and packages multiple times and just makes my life way more difficult. I do not understand why we have a post office here if they can’t do the basic things in order to get mail out efficiently.

Seven Valleys, PA residential pu and delivery of mail has been delayed for 3 days AGAIN. When are we going to get better mail service. You've raised the stamp prices and for what because we are not getting any service at all.

I am not sure if there is new help or the existing help is having a bad day but they forced to the back of my mailbox a 28.2 lb. box that the edges formed to the radius of the mailbox. It took two hands to shimmy it out. Not sure if its lack of training or laziness.

Have not been receiving mail. Trying to be patient but today was it. Just tired of hearing " we're doing the best we can" . What about Bill's and medications that people get through the mail. Today I went to pick up the mail and was told it had not been sorted as of 3pm. I got rude, so did the one woman who wouldn't even look at me. She didnt like my tone. I dont like not getting my mail and all the excuses.

Driver refuses to deliver because of a car parked 10 feet away from the box. That’s just lazy on their part.

They have not delivered or been down are road the last 4 days me or are neighbors have not received any mail and we should have received a very important letter 3 days ago that we beed

We have not received mail for a week. Why do we even have the US POSTAL service. It is pathetic. Let's go private mail service. Who pays for our overdue bills?
