The person who works here has got to be the nicest person ever. I love interacting with them. They’re very helpful no matter how many times I come down and ask the same shipping question.. I can never remember.. only down side is I wish they were open earlier.

Great service and they had all of the types of stamps that I needed for my small business (2 oz, 3 oz, extra oz, roll of flags). This rarely happens at a post office. Very happy!

This is a great Post Office where they are always friendly. Their hours are shorter than usual but there is another Post Office just a few miles down the road.

Closes at 3! Small town so I understand why, but when you work all day you can't get to the P.O. in time so I end up using UPS since they are open until 7PM.

I had questions about shipping a package as i very seldom have to ship anything. The post office was not busy. The clerk couldnt be bothered to be helpful/kind or answer any of my questions. Felt like i had to beg to get basic service. Wouldnt tape a label on. Made me buy a $4 roll of tape. Walked away in the middle of transaction.
Not worth the late saturday hours. Go sonewhere else! Or better yet... DONT USE USPS.

The postal worker there, David started shaking and screaming because I brought too many packages to them without a "scan for 5 or more packages" in order to have a receipt of acceptance. I tried asking about how I get a single scan when I purchased USPS shipping from three different website, he went through the roof. I had 25 standard USPS padded envelopes that USPS sold me, this is as easy as taking 25 items in a shopping cart at the grocery store and scanning them and placing them in a cart. He became aggressive and intimidating while becoming more and more irate. He told me I was making him upset and I replied "if this is getting you this angry you should consider anger management" he then kicked me out of the Jacobus post office and refused to finish taking my packages. I had allowed other customers to go directly to his desk so no customer had to wait 3-4 minutes for him to scan my 25 pre-paid packages. He was very aggressive and intimidating, . Small guy, but the way he was shaking and screaming I was not taking any chances and left. Risky place to ship!

I purchased an envelope in the post-office that had defective glue on the closure and asked the postman if he could place a piece of tape on the package. He said, “He doesn’t do that.” I was pretty entertained by the statement, considering I had just purchased the envelope in the post-office. This lackluster customer service will gaurantee that I will be sending business to UPS and Fed-ex, even if It means that I have to drive farther to do so. I am not surprised that the Postal Service is doing so poorly when they employ lazy and entitled employees who do not value customer service. This is even more fascinating since their salaries are augmented through tax-payer dollars.
