Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

What an experience!!!! First of all, Betty is great and knows everything about hearing aids and their repair!!! But today I am writing about Lori Fox!! My husband's hearing aid quit as he broke it, and it was over the holiday. He has the onset of dementia and gets agitated VERY easily and he was so upset, and I immediately tried to fix it but could not and left a "panic" message on Miracle Ears voicemail and figured I would not hear back until after the holiday 4-day weekend. Was so excited to hear from Lori Fox from the office and she said she would meet us at the office!!!!! We were there when no one else around was working and Lori fixed the hearing aid on her day off and saved me and my husband so much frustration!!! We are so very, very thankful for her help and concern for both of us. God Bless the ladies in that office!!!! I recommend them highly and know they will take excellent care of you!!!

Betty Davis of Miracle Ear on Evans Plaza in Omaha, NE is simply the best audiologist one could ever have. She has become a good friend over the several years I have had Miracle Ear hearing aids, always doing very detailed checkups when I go for an appointment and taking care to clean my hearing aids for me. She is a delightful and caring person, and I actually look forward to my visits with her. I have recommended Miracle Ear to many friends and am so happy the cost for their products includes life-time service. There are no extra costs to the initial price for the hearing aids. Miracle Ear is a wonderful company, and Betty Davis is a great representative for it. On a scale of 1 to 10, she is at least an 11, higher really.

Betty and her staff are so awesome. They are always ready to assist me and my hearing needs. Being hearing impaired can be challenging at times. Not everyone understands the difficulties I face. It's nice to be treated in such a caring and helpful way.

Totally uneducated salesperson. Really gave you a hard sell with no guarantees
