Chicken Salad Chick

Curbside pickup was easy and server was pleasant. She even brought me a sweet tea I'd forgotten to order. Our meal was outstanding! The Strawberry Pecan salad was crisp, had a great topping to lettuce ratio, and the poppyseed dressing was a great compliment to the taste! The dill chicken salad BLT on a croissant was wonderful, along with the grape salad and scoop of pimento cheese. All for less than $17 including tax!.

The was the first time I have eaten there and it was delicious! Definitely worth the money

Go here with friends or family the staff is very friendly and understanding they have a great outlook and professional attitude I appreciate the time and effort they take with their customers I would recommend this place to anyone I love this place the food is phenomenally good and fresh i will always come back to this place

I arrived a few minutes after the store had closed and due to an error on Google that said they were open an hour later. the general manager got my food and took care of me. She is to be commended! Most people would say come back tomorrow. Top notch service here!

Ate there Friday, and ordered the Broccoli Salad with Bacon, cheese, and Sweet Balsamic Dressing, and it is awesome. We eat there quite often and always great food.

Really Great Chicken Salad,we tend to stick to Fancy Nancy,but several varieties to choose from.
The Chick melt worth every penny.

This was our first visit to the Gadsden location. We eat out in the area often and decided to eat at CSC because avoiding fried, heavy food was the goal today. I always order the same thing, a Fancy Nancy, and it has been consistently good at different locations. My Mom got a strawberry salad that she said was good.
Today, the cashier made our visit better. She was so friendly and pleasant, great customer service. She earned 5 stars.

I love this place! I can't say that enough. I go to Chicken Salad Chick any time I can. Their chicken salad is great. My favorite is the Dixie chick and the Fancy Nancy. If you love chicken salad then this is the place to go. Staff is usually very courteous and friendly. And I've never had to wait a long time even if the line was long. So I 100% recommend you try this restaurant if you haven't.

We ordered the Fancy Nancy and Pimento Cheese Scoops, Fancy Nancy on a croissant, Broccoli Salas and Pasta Salad and were not disappointed, everything was fresh and plentiful! The cost including a large diet coke and large ice water (free) was 20.47 plus tax and well worth it. Staff was fast and efficient, taste was excellent and the cookie included was also awesome! I highly recommend, right now it's drive up in the parking lot to order but menu's are available and service was fast. Great place!

I went to Chicken salad Chick toda for the first time the service was great and it was so delicious my family brought me one of their chicken salads name cranberry Kelli and it was absolutely delicious I recommend Chicken salad Chick to anyone go by and get you one of their many many different kinds of chicken salads and regular salad they have a lot of things on the menu you would definitely not be disappointed I'm definitely going back.

At this location the service and cleanliness has always been spot on. We usually order the treo scoops of the salads. We've tried most of the scoops, with exception of any containing onions as I'm not a big onion fan. We usually get a fountain drink, 1/2 & 1/2 tea that seems to always be fresh. Sometimes they will have specialty teas. Added bonus is they provide a small but tasty cookie to top your lunch off. Price is fair for what we order and recieve.

Been here once before. Took my MIL for her first time. She enjoyed it. I love the cozy atmosphere. Can sorta be considered fast food because you get your food super fast! Ordered bbq chicken salad, grape salad & Mac n cheese. MIL ordered regular chicken salad , fresh fruit & soup. Absolutely delicious! 5 star!

I've posted it several times and it still remains the best! I absolutely love this place! I've been to several locations, but Rome, GA still beats them all! The outside is beautifully decorated. Love to sit outside and eat. Looking forward to winter time, because they have a fireplace set up outside where you eat, and that will be so comfy!

It's a great place as long as they get enough chicken on your sandwich so that when you spread it out, it actually covers the bread.

I walked in for the very first time today and I was only intending to get a drink as I’m a very picky eater and have never really enjoyed any kind of chicken salad. But these folks have something for everyone! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and were very patient with me as I figured out what to order 10/10 food quality 10/10 customer service quality!

Delicious. First time eating there at the Gadsden, AL restaurant and the chicken salad BLT on toasted wheat with the traditional southern chicken salad was extraordinary. Actually got me interested in maybe opening a franchise (when I’m financially able to). That’s how good it was.

The food was terrific. The soda machines were out of order, but the staff kept the tea and lemonades going to serve customers.
