Dunkin'

Better than Starbucks. Workers are quick. They are very generous with the coffee flavorings. Would recommend for both donuts and coffee.

Every time I go the staff are always nice rather it's a man or woman. I never had a problem with my order so I would suggest everyone to go and enjoy.

One of my absolute favorite places to get donuts & coffee. The Iced caramel latte is my favorite drink and I am a big fan of their chocolate eclairs.

I am not going back to this Dunkin Donuts for a while. There was a girl at the drive-thru with dark hair in a ponytail, glasses and tattoos up her arms that could not have been more rude for absolutely no reason at all. Even when I told her to have a good day after she couldn't even say thank you to us she literally rolled her eyes at us when she misunderstood our drive thru order on a rainy day. She did not reply back to me telling her to have a good day. She did not say thank you- nothing at all. I'm sorry if another customer was rude to her that day but I went out of my way to be nice to her and she still snubbed us. I did not deserve her cruddy attitude. I have no idea what her big attitude was for but Dunkin Donuts can say thank you to her because they just lost a group of customers due to her. I'm not paying them for the employee to be rude to the customers. To top it off our iced coffee tastes like really watered-down coffee. These are the worst drinks I've ever ordered at Dunkin Donuts. Such a shame because this is the only Dunkin in our area.

UPDATE: After 6 years, I've started going back to Dunkin. Besides running out of donuts in the afternoon (such a shame for later in the day donut cravings... not everyone eats donuts in the am,) I've been quite pleased with this location from coffee to donuts and everything in between. The staff are super friendly and very helpful when trying to choose and get specialty drinks just right. I have gone back several times recently, so keep up what you are doing, Dunkin!
On a side note, the restaurant is very clean as well.

This is a customer service shoutout! My friend and I went in for a quick breakfast before work. I was wearing my Snoopy Red Cross shirt. He was wearing his SIU shirt. Ms Stephanie, the manager, offered to give us a dozen donuts for our respective teams. Then, she offered to help with our respective organizations whenever we needed. The staff were fast and courteous as well. Stephanie, you are an amazing leader! We thank you for all you do for Carbondale and your patronage!

Really good customer service and product. As a past Dunkin worker I understand running out of product or materials, even so they brought up similar items and were very patient with us. Other Dunkin’s should take notes from this location

OF COURSE....The Donuts are Fabulous!! And What I THOUGHT WAS GREAT....The manager let us TRY a "new" drink....And! It was AWESOME!! IF I LIVED Closer....I WOULD BE Buying it ALOT!!! I Dont remember the name of it....Sorryyy!! BUT...The drink IS "Green"! Go and TRY IT!! IF You LIKE Vanilla...You will Enjoy! It!!

Best dunkin French vanilla iced coffee yet... and we have had them from all over the country so we really do know ... second would be in Clearwater Beach florida...Florida.... last place Def. Goes to the dunkin in durango colorado... but this one In carbondale illinois is the bomb!! 5 stars no problem.... always fast and accurate.

Had a coffee date here with my friend before she left for England 🇬🇧. The bagel bites were delicious and so was the snacking bacon. My caramel macchiato could have been a tad sweeter but it saved me some carbs for the day. 😋

Very good breakfast, great grilled cheese sandwiches and donuts. They were a little crowded in the drive thru but it wasn't to long. The staff was very friendly and got my order just as I asked for it. Place looked very clean insurance out. Their coffee was very good as well. I'll definitely be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts more often now. It's my new prime breakfast establishment.

I hope this Dunkin never loses its current manager. Their track record of hiring polite and courteous employees is impeccable. This is one of the few establishments in Carbondale where I've NEVER had a bad experience. Food is always fresh, coffee is always consistent, and donuts, well, it's Dunkin Donuts! Great breakfast spot but arrive before 8am if you don't want to see a line in the drive thru.

The employees where very helpful and polite. Prices where not to bad depending on what you order for their. The employees where polite and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place

I love this Dunkin more than words can say. The staff are always cheerful and amazing at what they do. I've only had an order mishap once in the hundreds of times I've been here, and they fixed the mistake in seconds. I really appreciate them in the mornings, especially when I'm not in such a great mood. They always seem to put a smile on my face!

I've been a loyal DD coffee customer for 35years. The Carbondale location has consistently served the best coffee, never bitter, burnt and always smooth.
