Chick-fil-A

I frequently visit this location and I am always satisfied with my food and service. Today my family and I stopped by this location and we were greeted by a young man named Jason who seemed to be headed to his break. As Jason instructed me to wait for the next available person, he highly recommended we try the new pepper bacon sandwich. Jason described each ingredient, and spoke highly about the crispy bacon and spicy pickles. Upon Jason’s recommendation I tried the new sandwich, and it did not disappoint. I appreciate Jason promoting the new product especially since the menu is not usually visible.

Love the food here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the Mac and cheese.

Extremely busy... But wow these guys made quick work of getting our order and food available. Tried the new maple bacon sandwich... Was not impressed. Lacked flavor IMHO. Tip. Park in the lot behind the building as they have very limited parking. Great customer service.

Is there ever anything negative to say about Chick-fil-A? This location was very busy and we thought it would take us longer than we wanted to eat and continue our trip. We did eat inside. It only took a few minutes. Every employee we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. They even had someone outside helping with the traffic flow so things moved smoothly. They know how to do things right!

Stopped here on our road trip back home and what a wonderful experience. The facilities were clean and the manager was wonderful. She was super friendly and made sure my kids felt extra welcome. I believe her name was Reah (pronounced Ray). You just don’t have that sort of customer service anymore. Would definitely return next time we are down south again.

It was pretty great considering it was my first time there. There was such polite people working there and they were so patient. The only thing I found iffy about Chick-fil-A was that there was such a big cut of tomato in my chicken sandwich lol. Other than that, everything was astounding. The chicken was very soft and not dry at all! I give it a 9 out of 10. I hope this helps!

It's not what I usually think of as a sandwich. It's just a chicken burger. The sauce here is really delicious. Why is this brand famous? The kick here is sauce flavor. Why would Publix and Costco sell sauce? Everything in the world has a reason.

This fast food restaurant has their act together!! Don't be discouraged by long lines, (they are always wrapped around the building) they are so precisely on point! You're in and out with fresh waffle fries and a hot new cripsy chicken sandwich in about 7 minutes. Not to mention the heavenly just the right amount of sugar. Sweet tea!!

The drive-thru traffic design is genius; keeps congested lines moving through quickly so service is very fast, and friendly. The parking lot has just a few spaces and trying to back out can be a challenge, but all Chic-fil-A restaurants seem to have this problem. They are so popular making them so busy.

As usual, they were crazy busy when I showed up, but unlike McD's I visited recently, the entire CF team was friendly and motivated... and fast with their service. Well done.

Drive-thru line was very, very long but we were there for less than 10 from the time we placed our order until we received our food. My salad was fresh and delicious. My husband said his fries and sandwich were fresh and hot.

Service was great.
Food is great as always.
I don't understand why they still give me my food in a to-go bag when we order dine in. I notice that every guest/table had a bag just sitting on the side.
It's a waste of paper.

Great service! The process for serving orders and getting customers thru the drive without a long wait us Excellent!!! Other fast food places should observe this process.

I’m used to the excellence of Chick-fil-A, but this was truly unique!
The double drive-up lanes wrapped around the block, the parking lot had one empty spot, and the inside was packed too! There must’ve been 30 employees behind the counter, yet they all took the madness in stride. All had big smiles and full of the southern charm and small talk!
With all the craziness, you’d think the bathrooms would be trashed, but everything was clean and stocked.
Chick-fil-A gets an A+ from me!

What can I say it's a shame that everybody else knows how good the food is always have to stand in line. Respect their God practice for Sundays.

October 2023 and find this place unbelievably great. Sports Bus pulled in with at least 20+ people and they handled it like it was nothing. Great training, employees and management.

If I could give this Chick-fil-A and it's employees 500 🌟I would. Why you ask? Sometimes it's not just the food and service which was outstanding but what Chick-fil-A employees do when you're not watching. As we entered the restaurant we noticed a woman trying to talk her young pet cat down from a tree. We offered assistance but she said he would come down. After eating and as we left we saw that the cat was still in the tree, even higher and that she went to Home Depot and bought a ladder. Now what impressed us were the 2 Chick-fil-A employees who were climbing the ladder and into the tree to rescue and return the cat 🐱. I don't know what it is about employees of Chick-fil-A but they always go the extra mile, make the extra effort and care. Again not enough 🌟 for what they do but great people know.

This is the Best Chick-fil-A we have been to. They all have great tasting food, but the employees in this one just seemed to care more about the customer by going above what you normally expect. I made a mistake in my order and even let them know. I was ready to pay for another order, but the manager insisted on taking care of my meal. The place was constantly being cleaned and the restrooms were great. Keep up the terrific work!

One of the friendliest Chick-Fil-A restaurants we’ve been to! Excellent service! Multiple staff made a positive impression with their attentive service and kindness to customers. Highly recommend! Shoutout to Hayden at register who took our order for his exceptional patience with us as we had food/gluten allergies and ordered slowly as we are hard of hearing. The staff assisted in giving privacy in bathroom to my handicapped parent. Amanda went out of her way to bring a forgotten item and another ran to hold door for my elderly father. The pleasant nature of everyone even those serving in nearly 100 degree heat was not unnoticed. The operating manager beamed a smile as well. A great stop between SC and FL!

Sharon in the drive-thru makes every visit special! She has even learned my name and greets me by it every time!

It was like the whole world was there when I went, but I will say no one employee inside and out had a frown or attitude they were getting slammed with the rush and they pushed customers out as if the line was short amazing customer service atmosphere was awesome
