Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’m not sure how there are so many poor reviews. Boyfriend and I had a great experience. The main woman at the front in question for service was there, and while we did not directly interact with her (mobile orders) she was pleasant to other customers. The food was bussin, nice and hot! There was no annoying “oh it’s 25 cents” for sauce… thank you! Lol, we had a good ole experience, and our food was fresh and tasty. Maybe we caught them on a great day! 🤷🏽‍♀

The crew working this day was great (June 18th lunch) ! Got the beast box and was so much food! Our family of 4 (2 small kids) was fed with 2 of these boxes. The kids loved the flavor soda machine too

This place was so busy and it only had one register working the service was not as fast as it should have been with the number of people that were standing in line waiting for orders to be taken it was a weekend on a Sunday and they need to be better staffed

Thank you so much for making sure my food was fresh! It meant everything to me that before closing time struck this amazing team didn’t mind preparing a fresh meal for me so I didn’t have a lot of grease! Food was great and my pregnant self ate it all !

I've been a lover of virtually every Zaxby's location I've visited, and this specific one is certainly no exception. Their menu never disappoints – from the tasty buffalo chicken fingers and perfectly toasted Texas toast to those all-so-cheesy cheddar bites. And, of course, who could forget those delicious chocolate chip cookies? If there's a minor drawback to mention, it would be the extended wait times during peak hours. However, the impeccable quality of the food and the overall experience always make the wait worth it. Highly recommended for a memorable and flavorful meal!

Regular chicken spot, was excited for my first time, chicken was subpar, but that chicken Philly was so good I had to get seconds, the mushrooms and sauce made all the difference. You can keep everything else

My family of 6 order was a large one. To be honest, I was thinking we were going to wait a while or something was going to be understandably missing due to all the specifics lol
I was blown away!
From the time we arrived, everyone was VERY courteous, and professional. The service was great and all of our food was made fresh, was hot and smelled awesome.
EVERY item ordered, including the sauces, utensils and enough napkins, were all bagged neatly.
All this in under 8 minutes!!! We ordered around 5:40pm (dinner rush hour) and we all know how congested that part of the city is during that time frame.
We'll definitely frequent this location again! Highly impressed!

Overall everything was good. I didn’t care for the sauce on the sandwich I got, but that’s a personal preference. The staff were very welcoming, despite the heat, and everything came out quickly. Great expierience!

They re-made my order expeditiously after someone apparently walked out with my online order. Zaxby’s really ought to change how they do online order pickup. Anyone from the street can walk in and grab your order. That’s a process they really need to change and I can’t imagine how many times a week this happens. This isn’t the employees fault at all. But wow.

On Wednesday I ordered a meal from the Zaxby’s Mobile App. I’m used to the location of mobile apps automatically updating to the nearest store and I was going through the process so quickly that I overlooked the pick up was set for Pooler, GA instead of my location in Atlanta. I called Pooler to inform them not to make the meal and I was advised to reach out to Zaxby’s to have it canceled and replaced back to my Zaxby’s account. Unfortunately I did not hear back from Zaxby’s, and since I am in Savannah area today, I am glad that the manager of the Pooler location is able to accommodate me.

This is a far fetched request, but customer service goes a long way. I wouldn’t eat at a place without good customer service, which doesn’t mean giving the customer what they want—but listening to a consumer and seeing what options are within their ability to represent the human race. It doesn’t matter what you do, but it’s how you do it. This Zaxby’s in Pooler does things the right way. She didn’t have to remake the order for me, we could’ve ate somewhere else, but I kept this location in mind from how nice they were to cancel the order from being made the first time to them being willing to remake the order when I am able to return 238 miles to visit their location again.

Great management, great staff, great customer service skills, restaurant has always been clean when we visit this location for our trips to Savannah/Pooler area from Metro Atlanta.

Always will stop at a Zaxby's when around. Wish we had these in Pittsburgh. Wink, Wink... Love the dipped Tenders in Wimpy sauce. Great crinkle cut fries. Thanks Zaxby's for a great lunch or dinner I can always count to be quality, even at a distance currently.

Whoever the girl working outside tonight (Jan 8th 2022) was fantastic. She came out at about 6 and told everyone outside waiting that their chicken was frozen and it would be quite a wait. I had already placed and paid for an online order and she offered to let us wait inside. She was so kind, I didn’t mind waiting. We get it, things in food service aren’t like they used to be and sh*t happens. Yeah, we had to wait. But the service and food was incredible! Whoever that girl is needs a raise.

Got a chicken finger plate with cole slaw. It's ashamed at the little cole slaw that was given. It was literally a fork full.
