Chick-fil-A

This is a great Chick-fil-A. It's a restaurant drive-through and they even have a walk up window to order. There's even some covered outside seating. I ordered at the walk up window and the service is great. I received my order quickly and I was happy good job people.

Day two of the newest Surprise location being open and our experience went off without a hitch. This location has a new concept of drive thru and walk up only. You read that right. There is no inside seating or play place here. Don't worry they still offer curbside pickup; just order and get in line with the drive thru and let them know when you're there. The double lane drive thru comes with multiple intercoms to order and merge at the pick up window. Service was as amazing as you have come to expect and we were in and out in under 10 minutes even with the massive amount of cars. They offer a great size patio with outside seating and walk up windows to order. We came for breakfast since last night the lines were insane but n opening day. Our food was tasty and my vanilla cold brew was perfect.

We stopped by here on a road trip. This location was different than other stores - there is not a place to eat inside...this is a drive thru only. Good food, fast service and the workers are friendly and polite.

Moved out to the 303 area and have gone to this Chick-fil-A 6 times in the past month and it has been great food all 6 times . Definitely recommend . Im a fan of their spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese , throw some ranch and Buffalo sauce on every bite 🔥 !

Went through drive through. There was around 8-9 cars ahead of us. The staff took the order with in a few minutes of arriving and took around 10 mins to traverse the drive through. Over all fast and efficient considering how busy it was. Food was hot and it was good. Some nuggets and soup. Over all was a good experience. I am nit a major fan of Chick Fila but this was a very good experience and food was on target.

I love this chick-fil-a. It only has a drive-in and a walk up window with outside seating. It’s perfect for a breakfast ride on my bike. I enjoy the outdoors while I eat chick-fil-a and watch the world pass by. This is seriously one of my favorite restaurants in Surprise.

It opened yesterday and I’m not ashamed to admit that we’ve already eaten there three times. 🤣🤣

Super busy (as Chick-fil-A always is), but the food never disappoints.

New location, gave it a bit for the newness to wear down and went there today. Absolutely loved it. Trey was the single coolest CFA member I’ve ever met! Dude is seriously underratedz The drive thru wasn’t bad either with the two lanes. It was 2:15pm on Veteran’s Day (maybe holiday weekend helped with the busy crowds)

It’s like I always say… you can never go wrong with Chick-fil-a.
Always friendly staff ready to serve you, food is consistently good, and no matter how busy they are, the wait times are never long.
However, if you don’t like chicken, I would maybe go somewhere else.

Absolutely loved the service. Chick fil a never fails to impress with me the incredible kindness of the employees and the incredible taste of the food! Can’t remember his name but the curly hair guy in the drive through took care of me and made sure I left there with some sort of positivity. The people at the window were also very nice as well. Got my food quick and it was hot !!!

I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews but the line was so long and they got us right through with fast and friendly service. The food was also hot and fresh!

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews of this Chick Fil A location?! Every time I’ve went, everyone has been super friendly and helpful and I haven’t waited more than 5-7 minutes for my food (I walk up, not drive thru). The food has always been hot and good, and the service is good too!! Sorry you guys only have a 2.5, y’all deserve a higher rating than that here!

The people giving these bad reviews are tweakin, just cuz you can't go inside its still a very well run chick fil a and if your so mad about waiting just use the app and go through the express lane it's not that hard

Cool location near Costco. It has walk up windows with patio misters. The service is impeccable as usual. We got chicken sandwiches and the absolutely amazing mac and cheese. Ask for the hot sauce for the mac and cheese. I promise you won't regret it.

Typical fast Chick-fil-A service. No dining room, but it was a beautiful day to sit outside.
The restroom was one of the best ones I have used. If I found a fry on the floor in this restroom, I would not hesitate to pick it up, eat it, and lick the salt off the floor. Great location!

There was a pretty long line at the drive-thru but it went really fast. Super friendly and the food is delicious

I don’t know why this new location has such bad reviews, yes it is a drive-through only and they have a walk up window so that is different than the traditional sit down ones. However, so far the times I have been there they have got my order right every time and my food has been hot and really good tasting, also the service is friendly as usual like the other locations.

I don’t know that I’ve ever had a bad experience at Chick Fil A, but this location goes above and beyond. Always great food, and the service and atmosphere never disappoint. We had a small mistake on our order and they were quick to fix it and would not let me give any of the extra incorrect food back. No inside/sit-down at this location, but they have a super cool walk up window kind of like the old Sonics. While I got out to fix the order (did not want to wait in the drive thru again), I accidentally dropped some food onto the street and one of the managers popped out of nowhere and asked if we wanted the food replaced. Very apologetic that there was a small hiccup on our order, quick to make it right, and then even wanted to resolve another mistake that wasn’t even theirs. Even though the parking lot and drive thru is tight and gets busy, their organization and operations are on point and don’t keep you waiting long. The managers and staff at this location deserve all the kudos and extra bonuses. My only complaint is that the high schooler who took our order didn’t say “my pleasure” louder or more enthusiastically. We will definitely keep coming back to this location.

Did a mobile order and waited for like 10 min. I was feeling hot and wanted a drink so the manager gave me a free soda. Staff are nice and awesome. Will definitely be coming back. No dine in but I never eat inside anyway. The outdoor seating is nice.

Drew had great customer service and communication. He should be recognized for how he treats customers. He really seems to care .
