Love the prices the employees I miss out store in Batavia

Consistently helpful, knowledgable and friendly

Have never been to this Valu out in Alden, but will def stop in again if I'm in the area and need something. Called ahead and the salesperson was super knowledgeable and patient as I tend to over explain my needs. Stopped in 45min later and the guy sent me right where I needed and sang some music while we chatted. Good time great visit!

I have always found incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. If Valu does not have the part or equipment I need they will always have a good recommendation for where I can find what I need. The store is well stocked for the home handyman doing small projects ranting from plumbing, hearing, renovations, flooring, painting, and a small selection of lumber. I highly recommend this location for it's staff though, which always go above and beyond in my experience.

The Alden store was nice but I wish The batavian store was still open , because I live near Batavia

This is the best valu in the area. If you're not familiar with Valu, it's a smaller hardware store. This once especially has a pretty good selection.

Very helpful in the paint department also great service in ordering a hard to get paint we needed to finish our late summer project
