Where do I even start? I've been to countless Taco Bells across the country from New York to Kentucky to Arizona, as well as many in New Jersey. This is the number one Taco Bell for quality of food and dining experience.

Usually Taco Bells are extremely loud what with constant beeping and employees yelling at each other. Not this one. It was so tranquil. No beeping. No screaming. Makes you want to stay inside awhile instead of taking your food and leaving.

The burritos are unlike any Taco Bell I've had in my life. That sh-t was perfectly filled, cooked, folded and arranged on my tray. Incredible taste that is way better than the price you pay.

Please give your employees a raise. They're hard working and polite. Never change, Union City Taco Bell.

The best taco I ever had at taco bell. You must try it, they have taco magic, the customer service was great, never had any customer service like this before. I ordered Crunch wrap supreme and bean qsurito with black beans, chipotle source and no sour cream and well done. They made it perfect how i wanted. Employees were really polite and caregiver. Differently come here again and again!!

Ordered from the app for pick up on September 3,2023. I've been to dozens of Taco Bell's all over the world. This might have been the best I've ever had. It even beat the Taco Bell Flagship at Taco Bell Headquarters in Irvine, CA. Very clean and neat packaging, food cooked exactly as intended.

Taco Bell is just a guilty pleasure that you just sometimes have to allow into your life. And this location is a darn good one. Especially if you are a lover of the chalupa...like myself.

I messed up a pretty big app order. The young lady at the counter helped me make it right. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. All while smiling. Thank you 😊😊🥰🥰

I Love the customer service rendered in this location. Every time I go to the drive through the employees are always polite and nice especially “DIANA”. She has such an amazing and bubbly attitude every time she takes the orders. She is polite and very pleasant. She always makes sure that everything is ok with your order. It’s very nice to go to a place where you are treated with respect and the person shows hospitality towards others. She truly deserves a raise!

When talking about this restaurant, there are a lot of good things to say. The customer service is very hospitable. The atmosphere is very nice. And the food is very tasty and delicious.

Good not so price tacos (I love the gordita).

I’d like to take the time and commend the young man working the drive-through on March 6th, around 5 PM. Excellent customer service skills. Even though it was a quick and simple interaction, employees like that will make a big difference for any business. Keep up the great work.

The manager here is great. Really appreciate his understanding of my situation. The Taco Bell app was not working and I wanted to get a free large drink. I asked the manager to honor the offer that was on the Taco Bell app. He told me he will do it because he saw that the Taco Bell app was not letting me go through with my purchase. This is the kind of customer service a loyal Taco Bell customer should get.

Love Tacobell, this is one of the few locations when my order is right always. Also, the team that works there is great with the customer service.

Great location! Been here a couple times, and when ordering through the app the food is always ready within 2 minutes! Great service as well, the cashiers have always been kind.

Really great Taco Bell! The service was fast and friendly, and the food came out relatively quickly and my order was correct. The restaurant itself was very clean and bright as well. Definitely glad that this one is available instead of the one on Tonnelle.

Just your regular Taco Bell, great staff and quick fast food. New re-modeled designed. Good place to come if it is hot outside, they always have the air conditioner on blast.

I absolutely loved the drive through service. The guy that took my order was very polite and energetic, if I lived near by I would definitely go back.

Chalupa box awesome. A mix of flavor from salt to sweet... Taco bell should remove the burrito for a small quesadilla instead. They should make it into a chicken chalupa for a better taste.

I got a beefy griller and it was great. The slush drinks are good too. Especially the watermelon favored one because it tastes great and they put candy seeds inside.
