The UPS Store

I use this UPS store often for easy Amazon returns, other shipping, and faxing, and every single time I have been in there, the staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and some of the workers are even young. The training and/or management is obviously very good. Thank you for providing such good service!

Reagan helped me picked out the right boxes for all my packages. I was so confused until he helped me. He is the box king!

The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars

I called first today to make sure I could do my Amazon return there and the young man on the phone was helpful and polite, which impressed me, as I had read before how rude and unfriendly the people were there. The manager, (I guess) in the store was just as helpful, efficient and friendly as the person on the phone was. I told him I had read bad reviews a while back but, I needed to get the return done so I went there. I told him I was totally IMPRESSED and would definitely go there again. He then said that they were new and had only had the business about a month. I hope and BELIEVE they will continue to give the good and friendly and helpful service I received today. KUDOS to the new management of the Lincoln UPS store!

I love this place! The owner is super friendly and it seems like they are super efficient trying to get people in and out. I go there every time my printer is out of ink, need to send back a package to Amazon or really do anything in the shipping arena. I really can't say it enough, I love the UPS store, but the Lincoln one is the best!

The store is a better place with Julian Mac working here. This gentleman went above and beyond when he had no reason to. I would like His corporate to recognize his effort as a valuable employee. Not saying he’ll go out of his way for everybody but he went out of his way for this stranger. Keep up the good work Julian.

Kern, the owner I believe, is super accommodating. Even when UPS corporate customer service can't help, he can!!! Amazing store, I had gone to 3 different stores to ship my medical equipment and all other stores couldn't do it. Here they took one look and said "yes we can do that." They were very helpful and accommodating. They packed and shipped my expensive equipment and it arrived at its destination in perfect condition. I would recommend this store highly to anyone and their great customer service.

Great service Christian and Faraz were amazing. Disregard previous bad reviews from the old owner this place under way better management now. Helped me through everything step for step.

This is a GREAT store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff is terrific and so is the owner. I look forward to going there when I have to return an Amazon purchase. I know I'll be treated well.

Julian is simply amazing! He is always in such a happy mood and he’s so fast. Anytime I have my kids with me, he engages with them and tries to make them laugh and smile. Thank you for brightening our day.

This store did an absolutely AWESOME job of packing and shipping 10 very old, precious crystal water glasses, which had to travel 2,000 miles to Wisconsin. All arrived in perfect condition. We can't say enough about the care given these family heirlooms. These guys are total professionals. THANK YOU>

I walked in and there was about 15 people in line in front of me so I was expecting to be there for a long time. The woman that helped me at the counter was super polite and efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

I had to print 100, 20 page color presentations that had to be bound and I needed them in one day. These guys did a MARVELOUS job, the color was brilliant and the job was completed on time. I will take all my print jobs to this store from now on. Thanks for all the hard work, SUPERB customer service and the extra effort.

I’ve had negative experiences here but needed to use this store to ship. My card wouldn’t work, chip was non functional and it wouldn’t take it any other way. They were very patient and tried so hard to make it work. I needed to get this out ASAP and I’m so thankful they ere able to figure out a way! Thanks guys!

Had no troubles shipping a personal package, staff fellow was very nice and respectfull. He had no issues with helping me through the process. Quick and Easy.

I always cringed before going to this store due to slowness and bad customer service-but after two trips, I can say things have turned around. The new worker was extremely fast and friendly!
