The service was great they help me with the new machines they made my order for me on the new machines taught me how to use them

The food is always great, as well as the atmosphere, but service seems to be slow recently. We normally wait about ten minutes due to busy location and that is understandable.
The last time we went we waited in the drive thru almost 20mins and then we were asked to move up to window three and sat another 10mins for two bacon quarter pounder with cheese combos. The time before it was about 15 minutes. I know it is always busy at this location, but the wait time seemed to be well above normal.

As busy as this place is, I can't fathom how they keep it so super clean. Even the parking lot is clean. The hot coffee is served cold sometimes though.

I didn't like having to order at the kiosk machine.

Not sure what happens with some of these other reviews but we are here now and it’s perfect! The staff are so nice to me and my children so friendly and welcoming!!! The best part about this McDonald’s is that I never have to ask for Fresh Fries!!! And the fine in is open!!!

What more can you say McDonald's is always a consistent place and always a busy consistent smiling staff. The recent edition of the McDonald's app has also made the whole experience a bit better and cheaper as well

So I always leave my honest opinion on a place. So honestly speaking this location had the fastest service I ever had at a McDonald's. We weren't able to dine in due to the pandemic but the counter service was really fast considering we had a large order. Keep up the good job Texas City.

They were attentive and friendly. I went through the drive thru. My order was correct. I had never eaten at this particular restaurant because I don't frequent Texas City. However, I will definitely eat there again if I am in the area.

My fish fillet was cooked correctly and served hot my quarter pounder was just requested
I was surprised just as much as everyone else but the quality is based on supervision and yes I give them a five stars I suggest they keep the ones they have now employed

Food is always hot and fresh and employees are always friendly and professional. A few hiccups with wrong orders sometimes, but need to check order before leaving window.

Nice restaurant. Has staff member to bring out orders during busy times. Very clean inside and out. Double drive-thru and plenty of parking on both sides of building. Filet-o-fish cooked to order, which is important personally. Plenty of inside dining. Modern, bright decor with TV.

Used the drive thru at 2am on a Monday. Got my "somewhat complicated" order perfect. Not bad. Pro tip: I NEVER go inside a fast food restaurant. The people you encounter inside are the worst.

Always quick and accurate. They have never screwed up my order which is common at a lot of fast food in Texas City

I was waited promptly I received my meal and drink in about five minutes. They were very kind and courteous

Always fast and made perfect on custom orders. Only advice is the fries were old a few times but that comes with fast food. I'll be back.
