Bag O’ Crab

Stopped here first lunch and so glad I did. I have been trying to find a great place with CRAB and I found it. Food was delicious l, loved the garlic butter snow crab. Service was great, place was clean, atmosphere is pleasant. My server was a robot and Cienna. Robot is a cute touch and Cienna made sure we had everything.

Very impressed with the service here and not just because of the robot server. This place is very well attended by the staff. The food was delicious. I will admit the gumbo was thicker than what I'm used to and not as soupy but great flavor with lots of shrimp, chicken and sausage. I also had the fried fish on a bed of fries. Not kidding an entire basket of fries with about 5-6 fish filets. Very good value. The bar also looked very nice from where I sat. Awesome atmosphere.

My sisters and I had a fantastic dining experience. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Michelle was our server and she was awesome! She was very friendly and provided excellent service. She made us feel very welcomed and we really enjoyed talking to her. The food and drinks were outstanding! We ordered the snow crab and shrimp combo. And it was everything!!! Seafood perfection! Not to mention the portion size was enough for 2 people. We really enjoyed ourselves! It was the perfect start to our vacation! If we ever make another trip back to the area, this will be our first stop!

Everything was great! Be for-warned though they make it VERY spicy. At least they did that day. I ordered medium and it was so spicy I couldn't finish it. And I'm used to spicy food. My wife ordered mild and said hers was very spicy. So just order your "spiciness" down a notch and you'll be good!

Food was amazing! Service was top she explained to us how to order portion sizes and all! the place was nice with soft chairs for my tired bum will definetly come back!!

I love a seafood boil but I don’t like getting my hands dirty so when our waiter brought bibs, gloves, tissue, wet wipes, I had a big smile on my face cos I could really dig in. I’d recommend the garlic sauce and no chilli if you don’t like 🌶. We have combo 3 and 4 and there was plenty for 4 of us.

I'm excited that this spot is in Texas city! The food was great with excellent flavor but I'm leaving this review for our service. Michelle waited on our table and we all just loved her. She told us is was her second day and I wouldn't have known that if she didn't tell us. Michelle kept our glasses full and our hands clean. Hands down the best service I've had in a long time. I'll ask for her every time I return. 10/10 highly recommend

Food and service were amazing! Everything came out hot and the robot is a great touch to the service team. If I had to say anything bad it would be the servers need to know their bar a little better

If you’re looking for a great seafood boil, Bag O’ Crab is where you’re going to find it! I ordered a Combo 3 with a pound of snow crab and 3/4 pound of head-off shrimp, corn on the cob, potatoes, and sausage in garlic butter sauce with no spice. This boil was one of the best boils I’ve had! The garlic butter sauce was a bit spicier than I was expecting for ordering with no spice, but it was a nice hint of spice and did not hurt my eating experience. The sausage was spicy, though, and maybe that added to the spice of the sauce. There were easily a dozen and a half jumbo shrimp and two (+ 2 legs) large snow crab clusters. My party’s meals were brought to our table on a little robot cart, and our (human) server was great. The host had a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to interact with. The restaurant was clean with a ton of oceanic decor. I’d definitely come back here again!

This place is amazing I wish we had one in Utah lol! We stopped here on vacation and everything was great! The seafood boil, garlic fries, and clam chowder! They got a fancy robot that brings your food out so that’s cute! Highly recommend stopping in

Visited here twice and each time was just as good!! The crabs are amazing, I ordered the crabs and shrimp both visits but with different flavors. Warning the average spice level is SPICY!! Be ready for it, I enjoyed the Louisiana flavor. We also order wings which are cooked the way I like them, crunchy and sauced well! Everything always came out super hot so don't be in a hurry. I want to try other items but the crabs are always so tempting. Last but not least...I believe her name is Bella the robot was a really cool experience!

Tiktok made us go lol. My kids wanted to meet Bella and my spouse and I wanted the food. The service was good but we did see they only had one waitress taking everyone's order. She was awesome either way and kept our drinks refilled and checked on everything. The kids fried shrimp was well worth the price since my child devoured it the wings were a hit as well. The adults got the seafood boils while we enjoyed the crab & shrimp we didn't like the crawfish to much the meat kept getting stuck to the tail shell.

Really nice, clean place, service is very good and the food was even better! Oh and they have a robot deliver your food! Fun to see

This place was absolutely amazing! We came from out of town and the staff were so attentive and awesome! Mai was our server and made the whole experience 10x better! We are definitely going to come back for the crab boils and her!

1st time here. Mae my waitress was very friendly, attentive and fast. I ordered the #3 Combo which came with 1lb of snow crabs, 1lb of shrimp head on, 2 corn, 2 potatoes and 4 slices of sausage. I love the way the sausage came out in slices versus chunks since I'm not a huge sausage eater.🤣 I also had the crabby lemonade to top my meal off. Will definitely return. They(Mae) give you all need without asking I even was able to take my cup as a souvenir.

Best crab boil I've been in a while. They had their market price combos on a little card at your table.

We got the Cajun original with medium spice and it was AMAZING. It does have quite a kick but it's nothing some ice cream can help out later. I think they brine their seafood in salt because it was DELICIOUS. crab was meaty and savory and the seasonings are top notch. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for seafood before going on a cruise.

This was a new spot we tried after fishing at the dikes... the food was excellent and really tasty. We will go back soon.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Service was great! Bella the robot was cool, and the food was good! We were stuffed by the time we left. Will definitely go back on our next trip to the gulf.

This was my second time in this restaurant. My kids were amazed when they saw the robot. Food, was delicious!! The environment and service was great.
