Wendy's

My family and I came into Wendy’s tonight with a very large order. The girl on the register was brand new and was having a little bit of trouble, but she persevered and the manager came over and helped her. We got our food quickly accurately, and everybody was friendly. This was probably my best visit at Wendy’s in a very long time.

This is MY Wendys, it’s mine! I share this review bc good fast food isn’t always easy to come by. Lived in SW for over a decade and have been coming here without an issue ever since. Always late night. Always after working a double and my tanks are on empty. The food is always fresh, hot fries, staff is friendly, quick, my orders are always correct, lol, should I go on? They don’t forget my straw, never skimp on the fries, drinks always carbonated, idk what they’re doing but I really hope they never stop.

Love the Dave's double. Always loved their fresh burgers. Of all the chain burger joints Wendy's burgers taste the best to me.

Honey chicken biscuit...chef's kiss. I'm very pleased that it's always fresh when I go. I've been to some where the chicken was hard as a rock. But this location has always made sure the chicken is fresh and the biscuits are soft and has the right amount of honey.

I dine-in almost everyday, and the food quality is very consistently good, as is the service. Unfortunately, this place is ALWAYS busy, sometimes incredibly. They are usually understaffed too, which doesn't help.

I sometimes have to wait for 30 minutes for food, and I always schedule an order at least 30 minutes before I order. They are just THAT busy sometimes. Regardless of the day.

We frequent Wendy's as it is my son's favorite chicken nuggets. Of the Wendy's around the area we drive specifically to this one because they always get the adult sandwiches correct with special requests. The chicken nuggets are always hot and so are the fries.

I was just here about 8pm and when I pulled into the parking lot I could tell they were slammed. Line completely around the building, and more cars already pulling into line behind me. But these guys were quick I didn't wait long at all to get to the order kiosk, and getting to the window was minimal wait as well. Then when I got to the window to pick up my food, the girl spilled my drink. It was an honest mistake and I hope she didn't get in trouble. So I had to wait a little longer while they remade my drink and my frosty that had been spilled on. But the manager on duty, Cody I think was his name, was super chill about the situation and had the rest of my order up in no time. He even offered me a free extra frosty for my wait. It was super unnecessary but very much appreciated. I wanted to write this review to say they were all very professional in a situation that I could tell was very stressful because of how busy they were. Thanks Wendy's team!

Would not recommend applying for a job at this location. I was aghast numerous times at the way management would speak to customers. Very unprofessional. Many of the staff are very friendly though. Saw some cringe-worthy behavior from one of the female managers there towards the teenage boys working there many times. Intercom in drive thru is super loud for the customers (many of whcih complained about this) but you can barely hear the customers on the staff side and its been that way forever because it costs too much to repair. One 30 minute unpaid break while working 10 hour shift. This fast food establishment doesnt really care about its workers and it is a hard and thankless job. Felt bad for the customers as they didnt always get fresh food in a timely manner. This is one of the busiest locations in the area, and the staff really do try their hardest to get the food out quickly and accurately though.

This location is usually slow to fulfill orders but my experience as of late has been the exact opposite. They were quick with my sizable order and were polite at the same time. I prefer Wendy's over other similar fast food establishments but their new fries were not near the top of say a McDonald's but this location has not over cooked them or let them be served under cooked either.

I had to make 4 orders with 4 different receipts. The young man behind the counter was so patient and very kind. We ordered and got our food right away. While the drive up line was crazy.

Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Every time I visit, the order is likely to be correct - a very rare thing to find in fast food chains. Food is more expensive for the higher quality, but still isn't anything to brag about outside other fast food chains.

I asked for a LG drink n got a small. I guess I didn't need it anyway. Thanks guys

I have ordered from here fairly frequently over the last few months, and I am pleased to say my order has not been incorrect one time. Not only correct, but quality, as well. I have not regretted ordering here once, and I'll be coming back again and again, when I'm in town.

My friends and I hit up this Wendy's on occasion and love it. It's as good as your going to get out of what most will still consider to be a fast food chain. This one was redesigned not too long ago so the dining area is very comfortable if you're eating in.

🔥🔥🔥1000x better than the morris wendys. One time the morris wendys manager called the cops on me after they gave me the wrong sandwich 3 times and accused me of just trying to get a free sandwich. I tried giving the other ones back

I don't expect much in the way of customer service when dealing with Zoomers. Every once in a while I come across one that is an exception. So kudos to you young Zoomer working the drive through on December 7th at 9:30am. Your cheerful energy does not go unnoticed! Oh, try the biscuits and gravy. Pretty good.

Drive thru was very busy Friday at 2pm but the line moved quickly. We had a large order and everything came out perfect. The staff was very friendly. Food was hot and tasty!

Best Wendy's in Joliet area! Accurate and polite workers! Clean eating area. This restaurant also has freestyle drink machines...that work! Unlike other Wendy's in the area....These people actually care about the customers. Kudos them for a GREAT job!!!

We went for lunch at about 1:00 p.m. and there was only one other person in the place. It was odd to have the place to ourselves. But the food was as expected. I had an Avacado Chicken salad and it was very good.

The kid at the register was clearly training - and without much support from the rest of the staff. Still, our meal was great, food came out fast, the dining room and bathrooms were spic and span, and the kids actually enjoyed their toys.
