This location was so friendly and clean! The manager, Chae, and his employees were very attentive and kind. He even gifted my 2 sons with extra Happy Meal toys ❤ Totally made day!!

Came here a few times while on the way to Chicago and the service there was excellent 👍🏾 the bathrooms are always clean. One time they took a while with my order and the lady there apologized and gave me extra condiments which was so nice lol.. she's always nice when I come there.

Tried out the mobile ordering. No complaints. Placed my order and pulled into the designated parking spot. My food was ready in about 5 minutes and I got to go hone and enjoy it. Everything was delicious and you could tell it was made to order.

We took a road trip to down state Illinois and stop at this location on our way home for some drinks. Used the app deal for $1 drinks. No complaints.

I can in having a panic attack requesting an emergency service of French fries to build my sugar level back up. Sandra and Abbey were very fast, kind, and didn’t even accept my money for the fries that I had out. They truly did this out of the kindness of their hearts. Truly recommend coming here for not just fast service but real friendly service. Thank you both for saving my day and restoring my faith in humanity.

I feel this location is almost always on. I go for lunch and always have consistently good service.

Everything received as ordered and fresh. A little more expensive than other McDs as all meals were automatically upsized to large.

Entering this McDonald's was an experience I am very familiar with - in the sense that I've been to many McDonald's and this one is very similar in layout and overall appearance.

The interior of the ordering, seating, and restroom areas were all clean, which was also expected on not a surprise at all as most McDonald's are kept clean (they have great standards as a corporation on the whole).

I wasn't super hungry when we stopped at this particular location, so I only got an ice cream cone. I was fortunate that the ice cream machine was working when we stayed and got my cone within about a minute. It was of comparable quality to past ice cream cones that I've eaten at other McDonald's. To be clear, I enjoy ice cream cones from McDonald's and this was no exception.

I'd definitely stop by this McDonald's again on a cross I-80 trip that passes through Joliet, IL. I cannot emphasize enough that this was a McDonald's like most other McDonald's. Nothing more, nothing less. The experience went as expected for a visit to a McDonald's. Thanks for providing that expected and predictable experience, it was exactly what I needed for this particular cross state drive bathroom break and ice cream cone.

The gentleman working drive-thru on Jan 7th, at 10am, deserves a raise. Quite delightful. Made my day!

Weekday opening crew provides exceptional, courteous service!! Food is always accurate, fresh and on point. Drive thru line stays moving, this is my go to place early am on my way into work during the week!! AWESOME JOB!!

I had such a great experience here. The front staff was super friendly and brought my food out to me. The managers were also very nice. I actually sat down and talked to a manger about my past job at a different location and it was super nice to talk to her, and have a conversation.

Drive thru is very fast. I've been to this McDonald's numerous times on my way to work and they have never messed up my order. Staff is very friendly. Food is always hot and tasty.

Like any American we have been to hundreds of McDonald's in 2 different countries and this one was the best one. The sandwiches were so perfect and not messy at all. Thank you for the fast and delicious food!

Very busy, had to wipe down our table with soapy paper napkins, but again the staff was very busy, and we did get food quickly and it was hot!! Tough time for fast food employees.

During covid-19 price I have noticed we are having a hard time eating out. Although it doesn't seem to be a problem with these particular food chains, because they were willing to let me walk through the drive-thru and pay them without a vehicle

The mchicken price had changed. Ot still was a good sandwich. The coffee they uselly have is a good thang also. The steak meal in the morning was right. The coffee was fine fixed.
