This might be the nicest Catalyst I’ve ever been to. Wow what a beautiful store and selection of cannabis products. The staff and managers are so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Special thank you to the manager Sabrina for going above and beyond helping me with my purchase. Came in during an event and got to meet the owner of Plug Play and even got a rare battery for $1. Coming here everytime. Thank you Catalyst El Monte for a wonderful experience.

CEO rocks ! I reached out due to a policy implemented recently that I had thought was still of value. As well as had an issue with a product. The manager was a great help in terms of offering a solution. I wanted in return a refund but instead just changed out the product for a new one. I had reached out to Mr. Lewis with the encouragement of one of the sales associates & he was very responsive and helpful! Had my hopes up and they just surpassed the expectations!!! Thank you again !

One of my favorite shops. Remains consistent in their products as well as bringing in new fun products to try. Helpful and fun staff. Solid rewards program. Wait times can get long on specific days and times, but they have an online system that is really helpful to just pick up your order.

Justine was very polite beautiful person her nails were gorgeous and she was friendly and especially very informative. She made suggestions when I wasn't sure what I needed so thanks to her my product is gonna help me sleep really well she was excellent great personality she gets 10 stars from me Thank you for having employees like her. 👍

I stopped by a few days ago and I was helped out by Penny! Awesome young man. Very informative and friendly. I wanted to try something new and he helped me find the perfect strain. Love this shop and it’s employees!

Quick and hassle free. Answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable of products and different brands and deals. For a first timer, definitely a great experience. I even made it in before the dinner rush and having ordered online made it all the more faster and got me to the front of that long line that accumulated.

I'll start by saying I almost didn't give it a perfect score because of how bad and aggressive the drivers are in their tiny parking lot. But once you find a parking spot you are in for a treat. The lady who checked me in was very kind and polite a patient with me, since it was my first time doing this. Then you get buy a nice security guard, which I appreciate in a place like this in a neighborhood like this. Then I got to a small line that moved way faster than I expected. And then a gentleman named Oscar helped me so much with so many good questions and so many good coupons! This store is amazing because they really do have ridiculous coupons and deals, such as 40% off all stiiizy products on Thursdays. My opinions Stiiizy is probably the best manufacturer out there, and to get it for so cheap at such a nice store is just awesome. They have a huge variety at this place. I expected it to take me a full half hour between going in, getting checked in, asking questions, and checking out. I don't think I was even there 10 minutes, and it would have been less if I didn't have so many noob questions. This is a great store!

this is absolutely the only shop i go to on a weekly basis and i am always pleased with the customer service, the deals are great + weekly, and the online orders are super fast to be fulfilled. special shoutout to Cinthia she was such a pleasure to speak with and made it such a fun experience

Today I had the pleasure of having Angel as my blood tender and let me tell you it was an amazing experience. I've been coming here for a very long time. Never had the chance to have him as a bud tender, but today I was able to and it was very pleasant. He's very knowledgeable. Great attitude and personable. Most of all. T thank you to the cat of this family and all the work do you provide for our community and the meds that were able to get at a great, affordable price. I really appreciate it 🙏❤

Moved to the area like a year ago. Been in cali for 6 years. NEVER have i experienced what i did here. The tenders want you to go home with exactly what you went in looking for. EVERYONE is knowledgable and VERY proffesional. If i was there boss this review alone would get them atleast donuts! Everytime i come in i leave happy and with what i wanted. Havent switched dispos since i moved and deff worth your time!

Was my first time at this location I was stuck in traffic on the 605 and needed to do a pit stop i went in with my id and the super cool person in the check in counter asked if I had been there before I said no I go to the catalyst in Pomona it’s closer to me and she handed me a 20% off ticket that made my day . Desirey helped me find my favorite flower by top shelf cultivation and the best live resin cartridge by raw garden was already trying to add up the total hoping I had enough but that ticket helped a lot I was able to buy a battery for the cart. The Super fast service but it was no surprise because I’ve heard about then through friends . Catalyst is top of the line . Peace and love
