I love coming here the manager claudia she is very friendly and nice always with a smile. Adriana she is also very nice ,Uriel he is a new employee but he is getting there thank you to all the employees of this restaurant

Went through the drive thru, but the service and food was amazing! Jr. Hamburger, and bacon was delicious! The gal at the drive thru was friendly and trained exceptionally great. Lol

The front desk is friendly. Because she showed smile saying "thank you" to everyone -- to homeless people, too.

This Jack N Box has great customer service. I messed up on my own order and they quickly fixed it AFTER they had already made my original order. The 3 girls on shift right now are fantastic!

We went through drive thru. The person who took our order was very polite. At the other end the guy that gave us our food was really nice and polite.

The 2 for $5 grilled Chicken Sandwich were really good, love the fact that you can select various drinks from the self serve drink dispenser. If you don't want a specific one, you can either drink it or dispense another one, even Dasani water and other healthy choices as well. If you don't have a coupon you can ask the cashier if they have any you can use to get the discount price. Bathrooms at the Monrovia and Lake Ave location in Altadena were maintained every hour. Very helpful staff as well.

Jack in the box in El Monte was good. Customer service was good. The food was good. Still you can't eat inside it's okay still tasty good at home 👍

Ronnie the server was fast, & very accommodating. I can see this kid advancing to management in no time flat!
