I initially visited the store to help a friend who didn’t have an ID which is required to buy, sell merchandise back and forth. The store was somewhat busy so I just browsed around and looked at all they have to offer and one thing they offer is a lay a way plan which I hadn’t heard of for awhile but I like the concept of it, 10 percent down and they will hold merchandise until you pay it off. They have high end jewelry some nice tools and misc items at fair prices and employees are nice which means a lot, I’ve been going back, see ya!

They bought a firearm from me today. They offered a fair price, and the transaction was quick (probably 15 minutes or less). On a side note: If you are looking for a good beginner guitar and don't want to spend a lot of money, they have a pretty good selection of electric and acoustic guitars.

Great customer service and reliable products! I went here with my husband to purchase an entry-level camera for photography. We asked for help and Grayson kindly made sure we were completely taken care of. He even went the extra mile to give us knowledgeable recommendations, called other stores to inquire about stock, and quickly got us checked out when we made the decision to get the camera (which works like a charm)! We were also allowed to test the camera in the store, which was great. If you go here, talk to Grayson! He’s got you for sure!

Everyone has been wonderful with customer service but LaToya went the extra mile. She helped me load my tv in my car and I decided to buy a speaker at the last minute she accommodated all my requests. I know how hard customer service can be at times and I really appreciate her extra service. Thank you, I will be back

I had recently purchased some items and returned them the same day. The items were fine just not exactly what I wanted. Day three had came since I made my return and the money was still not on my card. I returned to cashland in hopes to get help to my problem. A cashier named Becky who I think was the manager did not hesitate to help. She was on the phone for maybe forty five minutes to an hour until the money was back on my card. She was wonderful and I'm very grateful for her help. 10\10

Great customer service! I always go to this location to pawn items for quick cash, the transaction is always fast and easy. I don't have to pay double or anything drastic to get my items back. I recently pawned my 50 inch TV and when I got it out and brought it back home the screen was messed up/cracked!! I called and spoke with Becky and she assured me that she would take care of it and not stick me with a broken tv. I admit, I had an attitude when i went into the store and I was very frustrated. She calmed me down and reassured me that it would be taken care of. She gave me options for a replacement tv, and the tv that I ended up getting was "better" than the one I had initially brought in because this one was a smart TV. I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism from the staff!!!
