Came in to upgrade, and I did not want to be sold anything else. The gentleman respected that, and so I listened to him talk about their other services. Thanks to me opening up, I saved $40 bucks a month by switching my internet to Verizon. The representatives saved me even more money by adding Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, and Disney plus to my account so I could get them at a discounted rate! I didn't realize that Verizon is so much more than phones!

TLDR; go to Joey. He treats you like a person, not a walking commission slip.

I absolutely loathe phone salesmen. The perceived lack of trustworthiness usually ends up becoming reality with most. That's never the case when it comes to Joseph Foltrauer.

For the last five years, he's been the only person I've given any of my time, money and business to, when it comes to my communications. He's always looking into what's best for me, not what's best for his pocket. He's thorough when explaining my options to ensure I understand EXACTLY what I am getting myself into. There's never any surprises with him, and that's why I've followed him wherever he's gone. He's the only person who will handle these matters for me, from now on.

It was such a fast, easy and pleasant experience! Joey was super helpful and knew what he was doing! I highly recommend this location

Joseph was great, very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and provided, was very patient with our questions and was able to multi task through the process to make things go quickly and smoothly. Joe also in general had a great attitude and was fun and professional throughout the whole process. He made it a great experience.

It was the best experience I have had yet with Verizon. And Justin is such an amazing person, he explained everytjing to me , and there were no hidden fees i wasnt aware of. Justin did a very good job with helping my mother who is terrible with phone to the extent that I went the following day and had a great experience with him he showed me potential discounts , accessories, phone cases, chargers, charging blocks. Even went into detail. He made it more enjoyable.

I went in because my phone was not working right. The screen was damaged and typing whatever it wanted and basically just doing whatever it wanted. It was a challenge to get it unlocked to be able to transfer my data to a new phone and delete everything off of the old. But Joey stayed patient the entire time, and overall it was a really good experience.

I spent far more than I wanted to but got an absolutely wonderful phone. The service staff was gender affirming and extremely polite. Definitely LGBTQ+ affirming and even the customers were polite.

Casey is incredible. I recommend this branch. Not many staff members but they know their stuff. Verizon is lucky to have these guys.

joey stayed open and helped us out buying a new iphone 15 and talked us through every step, he was an outstanding salesperson!

Went to Canton Rd Verizon, Akron Oh to get my new phone. Excellent service from Dillon. DILLON made my experience wonderful and explained everything and went beyond and above. Also, the Manager Justin did a very good job. I will only go to this location in the future.

All i can say is, with my non tech ability issues, and all the places that wouldn't help me get my info off my old phones without squeezin the financial life out of me, this place got me set up, and on track.
Justin, very polite, didn't make me feel stupid cause i had no idea what i was doing, scheduled me an appointment.
I got to the store, and was met by Dillon. He immediately saw my wife and I, and offered to help while Justin was at lunch.
He not only helped with the transfer of contacts and pics, but with great knowledge, answered an awful lot of other questions for my wife, and myself, that made buying 2 new phones and not knowing how to operate them, a Whole Lot Easier

Went in for a problem I was having with my phone. GREAT customer service! Went in hoping to work with Dillon again but was told he works at the Stow Verizon now. They gained a top notch employee!

This is the best Verizon store hands down. The employees are absolutely amazing and take care of their customers. Justin is amazing to work with and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy. Dilllon is also very kind and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will never go to another Verizon store.

Justin Chalfant was just amazing! I needed a new phone and needed something immediately and within my price range. I just started working a new job of 4 weeks and am now working from home. My phone is essential to My job in every way. I had not been able to work due to the issues with my phone. I was using metro PCs and they were the worst in customer service. I was eligible for a free upgrade with metro but not one person out of the 4 stores I visited within a week would help me unless I spent $250 or more THAT day! What's is a FREE upgrade then? They had phones I could afford right there in front of my face and as they looked at the price said they have none and I need to spend more money for the upgrade. Well after getting frustrated and walking out of the store I noticed a Verizon a couple doors down and thought screw it might as well check. Justin was extremely friendly and understood my frustrations and the predicament I was in . Without a working phone I can't work and this is literally the start of my 5th week! He got me setup up with a Motorola Edge which I love! (I switches from the iphone) and set up and out the door within 20 minutes ( had to deal with attitude from metro cause I went back to get account#.. they hate that lol) but anyway set up and on my way AND within my budget in 20 minutes or less! He helped me out so much I was so excited and happy because now I can relax and stop stressing about how I can work hoping to not lose my job that is absolutely the best and just made my entire day by just being so friendly not pushy did everything to get me a great phone and service. He was a hero for sure and I just can't thank him enough for being a human being. Not a salesman that just saw money$ when I needed help. His customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond to help me will keep me a very satisfied Verizon customer from here on out. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY LIFE EVEN JUST A LITTLE EASIER THAN IT WAS!

just want to start of saying I don't give reviews but in this case I will . out of all my cell phone visits I've always had Dylan has been the best service I have ever had. very nice helpful and straightforward simple no bs . I will go back because of him

Great customer service. Eddie was an outstanding sales rep. He really knew what he was talking about! It was such a great experience, I usually dread going to the phone store but with his enthusiasm and great sense of humor made me really enjoy my time! I recommend this store to everyone I wouldn't want to go to any other store but this one!
